Great price compared to competitors and excellent communication via e-mail

I placed my order on a Friday for a number of boxes of Karndean flooring. The order went through and was confirmed by email. The following Wednesday, we were wondering when the product would be dispatched because we were hoping to receive it soon to begin work. I phoned the company and was told that the product was currently out of stock, and would need to be ordered from Karndean, meaning a total wait of 3 weeks for the delivery. While I understand that products go out of stock and need to be re-ordered, I would have liked to have been notified of this at point of purchase to manage expectations. If I hadn't phoned, I'm not sure when I would have been notified of the delay. Frankly Flooring had the best price, so we have kept our order with them, but in the meantime we have bought 2 boxes we need more urgently from another company.

Ordered Tuesday evening flooring delivered Thursday can’t ask for better, very friendly service too. Highly recommended.

An update to my previous review. I was eventually called back and delivery date confirmed. All done by phone rather than email confirmations, so didn't have anything to track, but driver called 15mins in advance, so was able to arrange for someone to be at house for delivery. Has all worked out in the end and for a reasonable price. Can't wait to see the flooring down now.

I cannot recommend frankly flooring enough. They went above and beyond ensuring my order got delivered via the courier when i ran into some trouble with this taking place, Frankly flooring kept in touch with myself via email and phone until the carpets were successfully delivered. I unfortunately experienced a delay in the goods being delivered which was no fault of Frankly Flooring, this was down to the carrier. I requested a refund for the postage due to the delay of delivery, frankly flooring ensured this would be reimbursed . Thank-you again Frankly Flooring!

I ordered hard floors for my hallways and carpets for the four flights of stairs in our Victorian property. The company were very efficient and dealt with our order in an incredibly prompt manner. All the communication with the staff was superbly professional, The cost was a fraction of other companies we had received quotes from. Was overall completely satisfied and the halls and stairways look Fantastic. Will most definitely use again.

Frankly flooring supplied the carpet we had chosen at an extremely competitive price. We had a Fitter lined up so it was a no brained.
Carpet arrived within the time stated...fitted next day...perfect.

After ordering my floor, there were no updates on delivery time. After a couple of weeks, I contacted them and floor was immediately dispatched. Was informed that delivery is usually 2-3 weeks, whixh I was unaware of at time of order.

Frankly Flooring was the cheapest on the web, but the order was not without its problems - I received an email on Monday morning stating that the goods would be delivered between 8:42 and 10:42 to what I expected to be my father's address (I specified this as the shipping address knowing I am not always home). However, he called me at 1pm to say no goods had arrived...I then sent an email to Frankly Flooring and tried to contact them by phone - but didn't receive a response to either (and still haven't). I got home that evening from work to find my neighbour flagging me down and telling me he had my flooring in his hallway...Luckily they are trustworthy, otherwise I could have lost £700 odd of flooring because someone didn't use the correct address...

Really good price, good communications and a quick and efficient delivery. Will be using again.
