First and last order!!
Since when is under 5g protein classed as “high protein”, the fibre rate is worse! Don’t bother with the soups as they are falsely advertised!! Also you are forced to buy 4 which I don’t want but assumed they came as a box … nope just forced to buy 4, they also sent me only 3 I ordered and 1 I’m allergic to! Why am I now paying for this!?

Love this brand and their product! I use the chocolate and vanilla collagen protein powder. It makes for a delicious smoothie with milk! Used it throughout my pregnancy and now in my postpartum journey. Drink it everyday. Love how it’s not too sweet but simply delicious and I love that it has no nasties in it.
I recently received a box where one of my bags was broken and emailed freja about it, they immediately sent me a replacement at no extra cost. Wonderful customer service will most likely be a loyal customer for life.

Truly disgusting
Having used the bone broth cartons for a few years, I decided to try their new matcha flavoured collagen protein blend powder.
What a mistake.
No taste testing can have been done when developing this. It is truly disgusting. It tastes like synthetic, watered down gravy, with cupfuls of sugar added in. I managed 2 mouthfuls before feeling sick.
Complete waste of money and no response from customer service, as yet.
It’s really put me off using Freja again, what are they doing with their recipes?
This is a really disappointing turn for a once trusted company.
I am switching to Ossa brand for bone broth going forward.
Edit: Freja have reached out and refunded me for the cost of the protein blend powder. It is very much appreciated!

When we investigated your order, we found that the original delivery address was missing the house name, which unfortunately resulted in the parcel being lost in transit with Evri. Once you confirmed the full address, we arranged a replacement straight away on express delivery.

Expensive buying from the actual company
I love the make in general I found Freja in my local Waitrose so decided to try the new soups - my gosh they charge quite a bit for delivery on subscription (other companies are free) and it took a whole week they dispatched it 5 days later. This to me is unacceptable and the reason for my 3 stars the boxes also came completely battered. I will no longer but from here but like others have said other retailers sell this (Waitrose/ocado/Tesco/amazon) at a much better price with zero delivery fee

Yes, I love Freja Sipping bone broth. I bought few days ago to try it. First time buying it, I’ve been looking for bone broth without salt. Although it’s a bit salty but please I wish the company would read my review. “ Please No SALT for Freja sipping bone broth” Please No added salt. I know customers have preferences but I wish I’m on high ratings for those that would prefer No salt in this product. I mean one can buy & add salt as they prefer.

Perfect for my whole family
Me and my family have been using the chocolate, strawberry, vanilla and plain powders for over a year.
The kids love their chocolate and cacao hot chocolates and I use the plain in their pancakes too. I also consistently have the plain powder in my morning coffee and my husband starts the day with either the strawberry or vanilla in his smoothie.
I recommend the powders and broths to all my clients in my clinic. Brilliant company, can’t fault.

Got the vanilla flavour collagen protein blend. Tastes really good without a hint of broth flavour. Was going to use it to add to my morning coffee but it tastes so good, I just have it on its own.

PRICE INCREASE & NOW A 20% SMALLER PACKET
I'm just starting to run out of the £70 of instant chicken & beef (4 x 15g) sachets per box.
It certainly wasn't cheap. Now I find they have put their prices up and reduced the contents BY 20% to 12g.
So wont be buying anymore unless they send me a coupon.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We completely understand why the change in sachet size may have caused some concern, and we’d like to reassure you that the price of our Instant Bone Broth has actually gone down, not up.
The change from 15g to 12g per sachet was made following customer feedback and extensive testing. Since launching Instant Bone Broth, two of the most common comments we received were that customers would love to see the price come down and that a full 15g sachet can make the flavour a little too strong for a standard mug of broth.
We tested a number of different serving sizes and found that 12g provides the ideal amount for a mug of bone broth or a bowl of soup, while still delivering the same great taste and experience our customers expect.
By making this adjustment, we’ve also been able to reduce the price to just £4.99 per box, making Instant Bone Broth more affordable while better matching how most customers use it day to day.
