Worst fridge and worst customer service I have ever seen. never buy from them. I bought the fridge and just after few months I started having issues with it. It's not 4 months and the issues have not been resolved. Their service repair partner (PACIFICA) are even worse. They give me the repair appointment in 3/4 weeks and then one day before they tell me that the engineer has called off sick so they need to postpone. Straight lie on your face.

Bought a fridge in February has not worked properly since then . A few weeks ago stopped working all together. Engineer came advised possibly replacement but no has to be a repair .This product is cheaply made but pricey to buy .

Appalling customer service both by email and telephone! They just don’t answer emails and their telephone lines are dreadful with minimum 30 minute waits, if you’re lucky! Just managed to speak to someone and they transferred me to Pacifica which then responded with “not able to connect your call”, call back later and then terminated the call! I can’t see that anyone in the company checks and responds to these comments so that just shows how poor it is so I would advise not to buy their products!!!

Not good to be honest....poor quality fridge freezers ...mine had back plate missing and was poorly finished around the drink dispenser and the gap between the doors seemed to wide...you could spin a 2 bob through it (sideways) ...what was more concerning than the 2 watt tim build of there appliances ( probley sweat factory in a 3rd world country knocking them out like a cookie cutter production line) is how long they last and the lack of help when they do break down...reading through these reviews is shocking ...avoid...there are plenty of brands that last 15 to 20 years not a few months to a couple of years...research them...and ide just like to add (yeah what they said in regards to the reviews)

If I could give a minus score I would, the worst and noisiest fridge I've ever had , will never buy another product from this company, the master part of their name should read disaster

Fridge faulty after only 6 weeks. Exceptional amount of moisture inside and kept having to mop it out several times a day. They told me to send pics, which i did, and they said it was fine. It got worse. They refused to come and look at it. I then sent them a video, they ignored it. Have rang them several times and still no response. Now I have reported them to the Trading standards office and my credit card company. Do not use this company!

No option to give zero stars which is what they deserve! American fridge freezer bought 1 year and 8 months ago packed up overnight spoiling over a £130 of food. Called out engineer who stated there has been a major gas leak from a pipe failure and is unrepairable. £600 + wasted on this junk. How the hell are they still in business.d

Fridge went wrong had to contact them then assistant argue only 1 yr warranty when I had 2 called the company I brought it from very helpful, fridgemaster emailed I replied no response after 6 days called not nice staff then called again put me on hold call ended called back on phone 10 minutes no answer would not recommend them rubbish on both accounts

I’m very disappointed with Fridgemaster’s handling of a fault with my fridge freezer, which is still under warranty. The appliance is not cooling properly — my food is spoiling, and I have essential medication that must stay refrigerated.

I provided proof of purchase, the date, and the serial number as requested. Instead of offering a solution, I was told I must manually defrost the appliance before they will help. I explained this is not possible — I don’t have a second fridge, and defrosting would mean throwing away all my shopping and risking the safety of my medication.

Fridgemaster’s refusal to provide assistance unless I complete this unreasonable step is unacceptable. A faulty product under warranty should be repaired or replaced without forcing the customer to take impractical or risky steps. I expected better.

I have now formally requested a technician visit, a replacement, or a refund — and if I don’t receive a proper response, I’ll be escalating the matter through consumer protection channels.

I'm very surprised that this company is still running and making money. I fought and reported their dodgy fridge freezer 1 year after I purchased it. I replaced the sealant myself, there is no reason why their inadequate fridge freezer shouldn't work other than it was mass produced by supported child labour in a country without conscious democratic values and sold it to us in a seemingly controlled western economic environment- only to last for 2 years.

The worst brand: Fridgemaster for Fridge Freezers. Broke after a year of use, + the engineer is only going to come and fix it in about 5 days and also he doesn't know if he'll fix it. This is horror. I dont recommend Fridgemaster to anyone

Had an american fridge freezer five or so years and packed up. Possibly the fan.

Not good anyway

But what is completely unforgiveable is that the display on the door shows a fictitious temperature -18 when it clearly ain't as stuff is melting

My wife chose a Fridgemaster twin door American Fridge Freezer 8 years ago, and it has been the best fridge freezer we have owned.
It's done exactly what it was supposed to, faultlessly, but has now stopped working.
I could have had it repaired, but my wife wanted to buy a new one instead, so we have just bought a Fridgemaster multi door american fridge freezer.
It's a superb bit of kit, well happy.

The freezer has defrosted four times now,One repair not a year old yet.Customer service all but said this was my fault as its not being maintained.I literally would be a minus score but would probably defrost whilst writing it.The worst appliance I have ever purchased.

Had my american fridge freezer 3 years and the whole thing has broken. Absolutely disgusted with the customer service as you cannot get through. Wish I had of read the reviews before purchasing.

Would give zero stars if I could. Just over 12 months old & our Fridgemaster chest freezer has completely died. Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing as it seems like i'm not alone. Over 90% of your customers are very unhappy with your terrible, substandard products. This company should not be trading. Shame on AO for selling this rubbish- never again!!!

This is without doubt the worst fridge freezer I have ever bought in my life how I haven't kicked the living cr"" out of it I don't know, forever defrosting the damn thing and kicking door shut because the distance between the shelves and the door is so minimal the moment you get any frost you can't close the door I hate it.

Freezer packed up after 9 months. Retailer told me to book the recommended engineer - Pacifica - who never turned up. Won't be going near a Fridgemaster machine ever again.

Would give 0 if I could. I have 1 year manufacturers warranty. I go to their website to raise the warranty claim as my fridge is not working, it tells me to call a number as they need more info. I call said number and they then tell me they are the extended warranty team and cant help me and tell me to go direct to fridgemaster. I call the number they give me I get through after 20 minutes. The man on the phone is rude and has a attitude. I explain what I've been going through and how the process is very confusing and your website is telling me to call numbers what cant help me. I go through some info with him and mention I had just been looking at the reviews on trustpilot and you guys have 1.2 stars so I really hope you can help me. He immediately hung up. Shocking service cant even have a civilised conversation. I wasn't rude, I didnt use bad language, I didnt insult him. Simply stated I saw the trust pilot reviews and he hung up. While typing this I got through to him again and he put the phone down. His name was Tommy if you see this fridgemaster he needs better training he is 90% of the reason you recieved this review
