I purchased two items from this company - a small storage unit which was perfect for my understairs space and a book display unit for my children’s bedroom. Both products were exceptionally well made. The service was great with direct personal communication regarding delivery. I was very impressed.

Product is great quality. Only thing that let it down was delivery was meant to be from 9am, the driver turned up at 6:50am he knocked loudly on the door then took a further 20 minutes to locate the item, it was meant to be delivered to a room of choice the item was left inside the front door & not taken to the arranged location.

Ordered locker expecting a long wait for it to be made. Received email to confirm would be on its way in couple of weeks giving a delivery date. Arrived a day early. It's everything I wanted & looks totally retro & absolutely fab on its stand.

Very sturdy table
Very sturdy table. Order took longer as my request of metal and wood was not in stock. All good. They estimated delivery for may 1st but to my luck it came earlier! Very easy to ensemble, especially for someone with two left hands like me. Would deffo recommend. Looks sleek and stylish as well!

Not reliable
Not reliable. I have ordered from Furniture at Work quite a few times, and there always seems to be an issue, usually with promised delivery dates not being met. Their customer service is also very poor, with replies often taking two days or sometimes not coming at all. The sales team are overly persistent and will continue calling until you place an order, but this is not matched by the same level of service once the order is placed.
*EDIT: The company has responded to my comment requesting further information, which I have provided. However, nothing has been resolved at this stage. After a 4-week delay, only one item from the order has been delivered and the other is still missing. I am currently trying to reach customer service, but as mentioned previously, responses are slow and issues are not being resolved. Beyond absurd! Extremely disappointed.

They seem to have a blanket statement…
They seem to have a blanket statement of 7- 10 days delivery on everything on their website.
I ordered a table, chairs and a desk; the chairs and desk and a set of table connectors all came on separate deliveries on separate days.
The desk hasn't arrived yet after 4 weeks despite apparently being available on next day delivery and I've been sent an invoice for it already.
Customer Service takes at least two days to reply to your emails.
So overall can't really recommend...
