The service I received from this company and start to finish is absolutely first class. I would highly recommend them. I would highly recommend their products. We are so pleased with our purchase the quality is A1.. staff when I had conversations with them were amazingly professional and couldn’t be more helpful.

I baught the Carla oak effect unit, when it arrived one corner was damaged. I emailed customer services who said they would send another top for the unit. When it arrived it Wes the wrong part, so I emailed again and they sent out another part. This was the correct part.
The responses from customer services was swift and friendly. The issue was resolved and the team at furniture factor were excellent. Very happy with the product and customer services. 😁

Good communication and fast reply and super quick delivery

The website is easy to navigate. The shoe cabinet is what it looks like just a bit small than i expected. but does its job.

All delivered in time, I even had a call on the day to give me a delivery window if 20 minutes. There was a bit of an issue with assembly, only some parts were labelled. If my builder hadn't been here to put it up it would have taken me days. It took him 5 hours from opening the boxes! But the furniture is stunning so I can't complain about the quality.

Ordered a wardrobe for the spare bedroom and was surprised with the quality and ease of assembly. Will order again

This company aren't good with communication. Ive no idea when to expect my goods . Can see a charge back being made here . I'd avoid this company if I were you

I purchased a large shoe cabinet but when it arrived, after checking all the parts, I noticed a shelf was damaged. I emailed the company and Muddasir replied within 30 minutes to apologise and rectify the problem. I built it but damaged the top so enquired if I could buy another. Muddasir replied the next day and arranged to send both out with the other as a complimentary this time. I was very pleased with Muddasir. He replied quickly and courteously. I love my shoe cabinet too. It has tidied that space up. Thank you

Delivery was good and quick, communication in regards to the delivery also good. However we received broken item, immediately informed them about this requesting either new item without damages or full refund. Now we are awaiting to see how efficiently they will resolve this matter.

Terrible company with cheap products and awful customer service - please learn from my mistake and DO NOT order from them.
The wardrobe I bought was poor quality and flimsy and had a cheap printed slat effect which was not made clear in the description or images on their website. It came in a box that was superglued together making it impossible to open and subsequently return. They then made no attempt to help me despite my clear disappointment in the item.
The delivery was also atrocious, waiting weeks with zero communication only for them to dump the product in my porch late at night.

The ordering process was easy and delivery was very quick however the unit itself was not very good value for money even at the sale price. I had to get assistance to get the doors to close together.

I received my shoe cupboard today easy to put together and looks great in my spare room. Good quality too. Many thanks.

First of all, we had to phone to chase delivery after it had been over 2 weeks since ordering, we had a balance to pay which I paid promptly, but when we called to chase they hadn’t any record of us paying £80 over the phone 2 weeks prior.
Then we heard the girl go and talk to a man when she thought we were on hold, and I had to quickly get my bank statement up to screenshot and send it to them as proof we made the payment, when it should’ve been recorded on their system.
Then we finally received the wardrobe, many parts were already cracked or damaged and then putting it together we realised just how cheap the materials are, some parts just coming apart without requiring any effort. Put together the wardrobe looks fine but we know how much of a mess it is underneath it all. Definitely won’t be returning to this website and will not be recommending to anyone. Waste of money!

The packaging of the item was excellent.
Delivery was poor as they emailed on the morning of delivery which did not give enough notice to get out of work to take delivery.
Instructions were useless and some fixings were missing.
For the original price of this product the drawer runners are made to a very cheap quality.
The overall quality of the item does not match the price it cost.

Pet arrived damaged in transit - really quick email and replacement pet sent really quickly

The cupboard doors have wooded slats /. I thought they were real wood
In the picture ……No there a print …look good but very cheap option
Be careful there
2. I bought the units in a sale I didn’t need them just yet …maybe 2 to 3 weeks early , as still finishing of bits in the bedroom getting it ready
Painting etc
This is a problem to the company
As if you don’t fit these in 7 days and report any damages
The policy tells you to do one !!!
So after 2 weeks I put it together and fitted it
The . Packaging was good not damaged and well protected
But one of my small doors had a chip at the top and face side from the factory 100% as polystyrene all around it and just sitting there packed with a chip in it !! quality control non-existent there
The damage to the door ….sticks out like a sore thumb
Dark grey and now light brown chip wood showing
they also gave me one to many hinges of one type
There going to change that
But the door Per policy they won’t change so be very careful
Customer service after 7 days doesn’t exist
