Arrived on time
Arrived on time. Engineer warm and very friendly. Very clean worker,boiler service was carried out and the Engineer (Daniel) noticed that our gas pressure was low,he arranged for the gas engineer to call out and rectify. He gave us information and a demonstration on what to do during the visit. Gas engineer came out within 2 hours and the issue was resolved. Thank you for taking the trouble to help us. Excellent service.
