Easy to deal with and very competitive on price.

Been servicing my boiler for 10yrs. Can't fault them, punctual, great value/service and fantastic communication.

Always good communication, and friendly service. I get a lot of good information and advice during visits so that I’m able to keep an eye on things myself before they get too bad. Good value for money in my opinion, for the peace of mind I get.

Reliable, efficient and very friendly. All our questions were answered freely and in detail.

Daniel did our service this year and as usual very efficient and polite. He spotted a fault but as we have a 10 year warranty we needed to contact Ideal. We phoned them and he spoke to them to explain the fault and they are coming tomorrow. He had to switch everything off until it is fixed. Definitely booking for next year

I’ve been using GWH for my annual boiler service for five years and can’t recommend them enough. They remind me when the service is due, are always friendly and professional and even tidy up after themselves.

Having used Gareth Williams Heating for a boiler service previously, we knew we wanted to use them again when the time came to replace our boiler and radiators. We opted to have the work undertaken when we were away to cause less disruption to our family and the workers.
What we really appreciated from start to finish is Gareth and Dans great communication. They kept us updated on progress, sending pictures of the work - which was reassuring when we weren’t home.
The work has been carried out to a high standard and we are very pleased with the end result. Thank you

Found Gareth on checkatrade he was incredible, called out repaired the boiler and gave it a service, so very polite and professional 10* service cannot fault him
