From first contact for a quote through to full handover of new boiler, they were fast to respond and very professional. Dan the engineer was very polite and friendly. Gareth the owner visited to ensure satisfaction of overall install.

Gareth Williams Heating Ltd fitted our new boiler when we moved to Wales last year. They gave us expert professional advice and a clear quote. They completed the work before we moved to our new house from London, so we trusted them with the keys. They gave us regular updates of the works they were doing by phone, SMS and photos. They worked to very high standards and met the agreed deadline.
They serviced our boiler this week and we also needed advice about a radiator. Again, excellent service. We would highly recommend them.

From our first contact with Gareth Williams Heating the service was smooth and efficient. The engineer arrived when expected, was knowledgeable and undertook the service and repairs proficiently. He made recommendations for using the system more economically and indicated areas that could be improved. Very efficient, even when we had teething problems he came to our aid straight away

Gareth and the team recently installed a combi boiler in place of our old regular boiler moving it from the kitchen to the upstairs airing cupboard. They also installed a new shower. What great service! Dan and Lorenzo arrived promptly each morning and worked non-stop from the moment they arrived until the time they left. They left the house spotless when they finished the job and the boiler works a treat. I would highly recommend and wouldn't use anyone else moving forward! Great company.

3rd year of dealing with Gareth and Lorenzo, I'm very pleased. Super easy communication, always on time and I know my boiler checks are in good hands. All my questions are always answered. Definitely would recommend Gareth and his team!
