Faultless service
Gareth arranged the job and the 2 heating engineers turned up at the time and date agreed. Lorenzo and Dan carried out the extensive work without drama and cleaned up after themselves as they went from room to room fitting the new central heating system. They were courteous, friendly and reliable. I have no hesitation in recommending them and Gareth Williams Heating Ltd

Excellent service
Excellent service, quick to send a skilled engineer who diagnosed and fixed a crack in the condenser pipe of my boiler. The engineer was polite and friendly and he even provided advice to help me to reduce my fuel bill, above and beyond!

Installation of new gas boiler
We used Gareth to install a new gas boiler and to rectify the previous installation which had been done by another company. Gareth was quick to respond and the work was carried out efficiently and quickly at a fair price. We will use Gareth for all of our future heating and plumbing requirements.

Call out
Rang to enquire about if someone could look at my boiler, as I couldn't get it to ignite? I enquire whether there would be a call out charge, I was told that there wouldn't be!
The guy turned up and looked at the the boiler and after about 5 minutes said that the boiler was beyond repair, as the parts were obsolete?
Then asked me for £60,because he had to take the cover off!!!!
Absolute rip off..... Never again!

Great guy Gareth, very quick to respond to make an appointment. Fairly quick boiler service, told me what was right and what was wrong.
Gave some useful tips to save on energy bills and set look forward to the reminder I will not get annually.
Very good price compared to the ERG or NRG boiler company that is all over Google for Newport area. They charge almost double what Gareth does and they didn't finish the job properly last time...unless I paid double the fee.
