You are absolutely in safe hands with these guys. I will without doubt be back for any heating work. Within 24 hours of my phone call, I’d had an itemised quote for a new boiler and install; with a number of options proposed, based on our discussions. Gareth even provided product recommendations and rationale, and had discussed install locations. On site, to account for a number of possible boiler locations, Gareth had arranged delivery of all parts so that on the day the gents could proceed without delay regardless of which option was suitable.

Within a week, the work was completed and Lorenzo, the engineer on site, made sure that any query I had was resolved. When I queried if other work could be done also, this was discussed with Gareth and the extra work was completed also.

Top job and I am very pleased to have enlisted these gents. I will be back to this trusted company.

Received email this morning advising my gas safety landlord certificate due to be checked. They arrived this afternoon, mask and gloves, fully covid-19 aware and completed the inspection. Great service as always.
