I wish I could give zero stars.

Absolutely terrible service. Do not buy from this seller. It has been 4 days since I ordered my phone charger, and I still haven't received it. I paid £6.99 for Royal Mail 24 Tracked, but I never received any tracking email. Every time I check the tracking page, it just says "No information found."

To make matters worse, I paid extra for Royal Mail 24, yet my order was dispatched with Yodel instead. If you're going to charge customers for a specific delivery service, then that's exactly what you should provide.

I've emailed the seller multiple times and filled out their contact form, but I've received no response whatsoever. The customer service is completely unacceptable. On top of that, there's no option to cancel the order, leaving me stuck waiting with no updates and no support.

This has been one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I've had. I paid extra for a service I didn't receive, have been ignored when asking for help, and I'm still waiting for my order. I will never buy from this seller again and would strongly recommend that others avoid them. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration by shopping elsewhere.

I ordered 3 Samsung Data cables and paid for these, however only 2 data cables came through the post. They have not responded to any of my email communications requesting why this was. Therefore please avoid using these as you will end up paying double the price anyway so you might as well go else where.

Item says it has been delivered but I have not received it. I have e mailed twice but no response. Very disappointing

I put my order in on 26th June. It's now 8thJuly and nothing has arrived. I have emailed them with no response. Disappointed to say the least!

Delivery in a 2 day period. Got what I ordered. Very good service and communications. 5 ☆ all round. Would use again. 👍

Avoid, useless customer service, no reply to emails, basically stealing

My product arrived promptly. I have only used it once so far, but it does what I need it to do. It feels good quality and is a good fit, which it was advertised as.

Bought Samsung charger and cable on June 17. Nothing. Emailed twice as could find any contact number. Asked bank for a charge back.

Ordered a new phone charger. 7 days later, there had been no update on dispatch. Emailed the company this morning asking for the order to be cancelled and to receive a refund. Nothing. Emailed again mid afternoon today asking the same. A few hours later I received a notification saying the delivery label had been created and was ready to dispatch.
There's been zero communication throughout this process and now my refund request has been ignored.
Avoid this company all together, not worth your time or the hassle.

Appalling. Delivered almost a month after the original due date. I wrote twice to query the whereabouts of my order and was ignored. The product I ordered was advertised as a genuine Samsung article. There is nothing on either the product or the packaging to suggest this is true.

Product i bought was good quality and more than happy with ordering and delivery.

Excellent value for money and quick delivery

Ordered a charger cable for my iPad on June 11th. It's now July 1st and no sign of my purchase. Email requesting information totally ignored. Have Ordered and obtained cable elsewhere. Not just poor service, no service at all.

Item was sent through very quickly and does the job it was purchasd for. Thumbs up!

Considering the courier (Yodel 🤬) seem to be unwilling or unable to deliver my package my experience so far is exceptionally bad.
