Terrible Post Sales Support Service
Recently purchased the Chuwi 2-1 Surbook and the recommended magnetic keyboard and Stylus Pen which are sold as accessories. It arrived in 7 days. However, the Pen does not work and the keyboard backlighting does not work. Their support is only via on-line tickets. They ask for me to provide video evidence however when I upload the files I get a msg that I am not the ticket owner. When I respond with this information they keep asking me for video evidence. I am going around in circles and their live chat service only provides pre-sales support and keep asking me to raise a ticket. I desperately need the laptop to be functional for work purposes and still have no one trying to solve the problem. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE POST DELIVERY
