The camera we ordered and received has to be charged with a cord. We were of the understanding that it had a battery. Also, the camera is too small for the area we purchased it for. We are just not satisfied with the product received.

Can't get to connect each time I try it changes the code and the app is poor I'm afraid would like my money refunded

I ordered this item by mistake and the tea were excellent, very quick to respond and explain clearly the returns process.

The connection with the camera is unstable and often lost. Additional it's difficult to connect the camera with the smartphone

Ich kann nicht wirklich eine Bewertung abgeben, da ich überhaupt keine Erfahrungen habe. Die Kameras sind geliefert worden und sie gehen zurück, da ich technisch nicht damit umgehen kann und es nur auf Englisch beschrieben ist. Ich beherrsche kein english. Schade.

I can't wait to get my cameras! The only negative is when I checked out, your ad popped up and I thought it was for a discount on the two cameras. I called immediately after I realized it for an additional two cameras. The rep said it was too late to do anything about it.

Die Abwicklung war problemlos, jedoch gefällt der Artikel nicht . Schlechte Qualität, schlecht zu verbinden.
Entspricht leider nicht den Erwartungen.

Ich habe dort Ware gekauft, da es ein Problem mit der Ware gab wendete ich mich an den Support, der reagierte schnell und mein Problem war schnell geklärt. Es ist normal das Probleme bei Käufen auftreten können,aber in meinem Fall hatte sich der Support schnell gekümmert.

Die Kamera GetSpyFocus tut sich schwer mit dem Netz verbunden zu werden.
Die Kamera hält keine Spannung und muss permanent an einer Powerbank hängen.
Die angegebene Software bietet kein taugliches handling.

Definitely scam ! The camera is really fake , it doesn't worth the money, moreover it's not working.I ve send 3 emails , and didn't get any response.
My mistake was , that I didn't check the website on Trustpilot , and it was big failure.

Jan 18- -3 transactions on my Barclaycard non authorised after a small transaction that I tried to cancel in 5 mins after but told already sent ! VV quick? Then told them whatever sent would be returned ,so reg and ins all that came and was damaged as in plastic bag -no good packing around it -Card statement shows 3 diff transaction total £265-64 Jan 18 -now with rec delivery shows & they wont say havent recieved Iv asked Barclaycard for help -3 months later no refund and utter junk with no solar or battery charging so trying to cancel blocked with lies -DONT buy from them.Too late I looked on Trust pilot and found many others same probs.

This is a scam. I saw the advertisement on YouTube. I ordered on March 18th, 2025, but I have yet to receive the goods on March 31st, 2025. Each time I email them, they ask me to wait for another 2 weeks. Utterly useless

UPDATE The cameras have now arrived, but only 2 of the 8 cameras are working. I have contacted them to send me details of how I can return the 6 cameras that are not working and how I can get a refund. So far, I haven't received a satisfactory response. I saw their advert on YouTube, I wonder if YouTube vets those who advertise on their platform, because this is my second experience in as many times I have bought something through a YouTube advert.

They offered 35% refund, which is an insult. I have reported this transaction to my credit card company, which is now dealing with it.

Scammers and Fraudsters! They were selling (actually, providing fake tracking numbers and stealing money) from site SPYFOCUS.COM. Then, after 300+ negative feedbacks and getting total score 1.2 out of 5 they damped that site and started new GETSPYFOCUS.COM. But lazy staff still send mails from both addresses: supportAspyfocus.com and helloAgetspyfocus.com

Hello!! DO NOT buy from this company... I tried to purchase cameras on line, the site crashed twice when trying to proceed with purchase.. on the second attempt my card payment went through for €123 and funds accepted by Getspyfoucs and money in their account (My bank as verified this several times to me along with an approval code) and I can see the payment gone from account and proof provided as same.. GETSPYFOCUS are refusing to acknowledge the payment has hit their account at all.... Customer service keep ignoring my proof and refusing to return my money to me...

die Spykamera funktionierte nicht Sie wurde von mir zurückgeschickt. Die Rücksendung wurde nicht erstattet. Nach Reklamation eine Rücksendenummer nach Bremen weitergegeben. Rückzahlung sollte nach spätestens 14 Tagen erfolgen. Das ist inzwischen zwei Monate her. Erneute Reklamation ohne Erfolg.
Update ich habe in der Zeit vom 31.07.2024 bis Heute 18 Mails von getspyfocus.com erhalten.
in den Mails wurde fünf mal die Sitzung als beendet erklärt. Dann sollten die Sendeunterlagen und Trakingnummern noch einmal neu gesendet werden!
Nach meiner Antwort dass ich alles schon im August
geschickt habe, bekam ich die Antwort dass ich zu spät den Antrag auf Rückerstattung gestellt habe??
Ich kann nur Jedem der beabsichtigt bei dieser Firma etwas zu bestellen ABRATEN.
meine Erfahrungen können mit allen Mails belegt werden.
