I received my order a few days ago, and the shoes are too big. My usual size is a US 10, but these feel much larger, so I’m not sure if they run true to size. Also, the quality isn't as good as shown in the photos. I asked to return them and get a refund, but no one responded.

Terrible Website. I ordered my shoes on 19 November and until today they were not delivered and they said it can be delivered next year.
On their Website they said the delivery It's done in 5 to 10 days. It's almost a month and they have no delivery date. A big cam!!! Don't order if you value your money and time.

Their customer service had no Information. They Just said that could offer a discount Code, like i would love to order from them Again after this terrible service.

I really liked the Girotti models. But when I received the shoes, I was completely disappointed. They were very stiff, narrow, and had paint defects. We really hope to get our money back. They say it's difficult.

I ordered my first pair of shoes and was quite pleased overall. The quality seemed decent and the material looked fine. The only downside was the sizing — they were a little too big, and a half-size smaller would have been better.
Because of that positive first experience, I decided to order another pair, but unfortunately it was very disappointing. The craftsmanship was noticeably worse: there was visible glue in several spots, and in some areas there wasn’t enough glue at all, causing the sole to separate slightly from the upper part. I ordered a size down from my first pair (but in a wider width), yet this pair still felt tighter than the original, which didn’t make sense.
Overall, the inconsistency in quality and sizing is frustrating, and I don’t think I will be purchasing from this brand again. Also, keep in mind that you have to pay duty fees on top of the product price, which makes it even less worth it in my opinion.

Improve communication regarding the time and order is made and the completion of the order. I read reviews that the company was a scam, that made me nervous when I didn't receive my purchases by the date promised. However, I'm satisfied with my boots and shoes.

The process and quality of the product were very good.

The shoes are well made, attractive and delivery was as predicted (delayed only due to postal strike). I was surprised at a COD charge for duties though).

The shoes I have purchased are superb, real eye catchers. I have, so far, purchased four pairs in total with a further pair ordered. My only issue is that following the initial purchase of one pair of LEATHER soled shoes I ordered two more pairs assuming, incorrectly, that they too would be ALL leather soles. Unfortunately not, they have a rubber insert in the sole, they look great but it means that I cannot dance in them. Very disappointing and I hope that the pair I await delivery of have leather soles I wish for.

I finally have my “ruby red slippers” like Dorothy! I wear a 13 and the 13.5 fits perfect. The color is delicious and I have the personalized monogram. I’m a new fan!

The company’s policy is not legally fair to customers. There is no option for a return or refund if the product you ordered doesn’t fit you properly — they only offer an exchange for another item.

I ordered a US size 11 initially but it was too closely fitted so Ihad to exchange it. The exchange process was so easy and hassle free!

The shoes are first class high quality and very unique. It will take a bit to get however, its well worth the wait. Very nice packaging and arrived safe and sound. If I have to make a comment that might be a little negative, do not spend the money for priority shipping. It really does not buy you anything in terms of fast shipping. It would be a waste of your good money.
