No many insurance companies deals with van for young drivers, as if they not important to start the life and work/ business.
The price is not rocket high as the other company. So thank you.

“They Pre-Decide Liability Without Investigation”

⭐ ONE STAR – THEY DECIDE YOUR CASE BEFORE EVEN TRYING

I was insured with Gladiator Van Insurance for around 4–5 years, paying in full every year for comprehensive cover. When I actually needed support, they completely failed.

My van was left at a garage for repairs. While it was under the garage’s care, my locked ladder was stolen from the roof rack. It was secured properly. It was not loose. It was not unsecured. It was on their premises while the vehicle was out of my control. That is a clear duty-of-care issue.

All conversations with Gladiator happened over the phone. Instead of properly pursuing the garage or escalating the matter, I was told:

“Garages rarely accept liability.”

“We can’t force them to accept liability.”

This was said before any serious effort was made. No real pressure. No proper escalation. No persistence. It felt like they had already decided the outcome themselves. They acted like judge and jury instead of acting as my insurer.

Letters being “returned” became their excuse to stop. That was it. Case closed in their eyes. No alternative action. No determination. No fight for their customer.

Access to management was poor. When I managed to speak to a manager once, I was later told they were not interested in speaking to me again. That tells you everything about how they value customers.

After years of loyalty and full payments, the support simply wasn’t there when it mattered. A £16 discount was offered as if that somehow fixes a complete lack of action.

This company takes your money happily, but when you need them, they step back and hide behind excuses.

LIARS AND FRAUDSTERS

I had a fraudulent claim attempted to be made against myself in 2023 which was proved that I was not involved as I was not there. I received communication stating that this was the resolution result and it would not be held against me. LIE. They have left the claim on my database details which they told me that they hadn’t and then after the official complaint procedure told me they had removed it again. LIE NUMBER TWO. after another complaint this year 2026 they have informed me that it is still on the database now as a claim but with no action taken. FRAUD. This has put my insurance premiums up by £700 on my commercial insurance and £250 on my private vehicle insurance. The financial ombudsman are dealing with it now as this should not be allowed to happen. Do not use as they are liars and fraudsters and leave false information on the database. They could not come up with any information what so ever regarding the third party claim made against me. I assume they made it up completely to increase my premiums as they have offered no information to the contrary.

Thank you very much for taking the time to leave a review. I’m truly sorry to hear that an incorrect entry on the Claims and Underwriting Exchange database has impacted your premiums, I can appreciate how frustrating and stressful this must have been for you.

From your comments, my understanding is that your complaint has already been fully investigated and a final response has been issued. As you remain unhappy with that outcome, you’ve now referred the matter to the Financial Ombudsman service. If that is not the case, or if you have not yet received a final decision, please do email your full name and claim number to the address below so I can look into this further for you.

Illegally denied to use the Motor legal…

Illegally denied to use the Motor legal protection policy. Forced to use Admiral Law which is owned by the Admiral group. You are lawfully entitled to use your own lawyer when your claim is to start court proceedings When the Claims pass the IOC and MOJ portals. I’ve spent the last 18 months in hell, Pain, and always passed around with complaints after complaints to Admiral Law to Ark legal everybody else but themselves! They have breached contract, breached professional standards and regulations and also breached UK laws.

Update* you have just replied again trying to blame admiral law whom is owned by the admiral group!
It is you who I complained about. It’s you gladiator who supplied the services and cover it’s you gladiator who ate the administration for everything.

You have broken the law, regulations and are unfair and dishonest!
