I ordered a bass guitar floor effects unit, a Line 6 Pod XT Live, from Goodwillfinds.com. It clearly stated that the item was "tested and working" and the price was good, so I placed the order. Ten days later, the item arrives and is in excellent physical condition. It powers up, all of the switches and knobs work, the screen is in good shape. The problem arose when I plugged the bass into it. The tuner worked, meaning a signal was being received, but none of the three outputs would produce any sound. When testing the voltage to those three outputs, they are completely dead, meaning this thing never worked and was never properly tested. They tested for power-on, but not for any actual function. Claiming that this was "tested and working" is straight-up fraud and I will get my refund.

This site is operated by fraudulent scammers, though, so I'd avoid it at all costs.

Promo code I was offered was not valid. Tried to contact customer service and there was no button to submit the request. Also way overpriced in general.

Ordered an item that i no longer needed- paid $50 including shipping. Contacted customer service to cancel order since it had not been shipped. Was told that they don't do refunds unless the item is damaged. Their Seel Assurance let's you do refund but must be purchased at time of check out. You can't start a return until you receive the item so either way you lose on whatever you paid for shipping. Then they take half your refund for the shipping cost of returning the item. Ultimately not worth wasting your time or money.

After reading reviews I was terrified! I bought a game system for my son for Christmas and we're very low income so it's all I had. The reviews had me in tears for a couple days. I ordered the Xbox on Monday, by Thursday I reached out to customer service (bc I heard it's impossible to get a reply) and I was replied to within an hour. The rep looked up my order, confirmed it and then told me she would personally reach out when it shipped. The next morning I woke up to an email and a tracking number. Today (the following Monday) I received my package. Everything was in it, everything works, it clean and was packaged amazingly, so much bubble wrap it was hard to get through. I almost made my bank cancel the order because of the reviews so I decided to make sure I write one of my own. I'm going to put this on every site I only found bad reviews on because my experience really was great and my kids are going to have a Christmas they couldn't imagine this year!

Found this sight and decided to search for a Bob Mackie Barbie that I have been looking to purchase. Behold I found it and was excited UNTIL I saw the price. This doll is $115-150 on Ebay brand new in the box and the price on Goodwillfinds was $1499.00!! Seriously??!! And from the comments I can only imagine what the shipping would be because it is a large box. All I can say is HAHAHA!!

My account and credit cards were hacked. 4 cards were charged on one day. No response with messages and emails to company. Of course, had to cancel all accounts and deal with banks. I am still dealing with it 1 1/2 months later. I wish I could give a negative star.

I made two separate purchases. One went ok. The other was for 3 pr. snowshoes. I never received one pr.
I used their online message service with a robo. response saying I would be contacted. I did this 3 times and still, a month later, no contact and no refund. The site does not give you a telephone number to call.

I would give zero stars if I could. I bought a "gold vermeil" heart pendant.

The photos showed the front and it looked tarnished but it should be able to be polished. So, ok.

But, there was also a photo of the back with the markings of authenticity.

It's of some other heart item because there are no markings at all on the back of this large pendant.

So, this is false advertising. It's of another item. I emailed them 3 days ago and crickets.

Received an email stating that my purchase could not be fulfilled and my card would not be charged. Two months later after a "review" they charge my card. Customer service has ignored the emails I've sent and will not respond even after attaching the original message about not being able to complete the order. Now I am out the money with nothing to show.

order came after 1 month. condition not as described. I filed refund request and got refunded 2 weeks later. I was bummed about that but at least they honored their policy.

If this site allowed zero stars that's what GoodWillFinds deserves. Their order, delivery and customer service process is absolute garbage. I signed up for the promotion $20 off when you give them your email info. I ended up just paying for my first order without the $20 off because it took DAYS to finally receive the promotion code. The order took weeks to finally reach me. By the second order I finally got to use the $20 off promotion code and the items WERE NEVER SHIPPED. I'm now out the merchandise and out the $20 off. You can only contact customer service on their site but you only get a generic response via email saying someone will eventually get to you but no one ever does regardless of sending them countless messages . It's been weeks. By the third order (all within a few days of the second order) I paid, my card got charged, then a portion was refunded for whatever reason to only get charged TWICE in smaller portions totally the original amount over the course of a week or so. So you don't know if your order is canceled or what items may not of been shipped because they don't actually tell you much. I would just get alerts through my credit card company. It's very confusing. There's no information about what items are shipped you just have to wait to find out. It's been almost two weeks and I'm still waiting to find out what the third portion of my FINAL order has in it. Hopefully everything is in there. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM THIS SITE. The items may look appealing but it's not worth the headache. BUYER BEWARE because there's a clause I eventually found on their site stating they sometimes LOSE ITEMS or CAN'T FIND ITEMS in the warehouse and that somehow someone else may of already purchased the item. Wish I knew all that before.

The shipping was a little slow arriving in 6 or 7 days. However the price made up for it I got a guitar worth 130 dollars new for 17 bucks. It's a heck of a deal especially if you want to make it a parts electric guitar.

Purchased three items one month ago. Have tried to get in touch with customer service at least 5 times, they have never gotten back to me or cancelled my order. Amazing that nobody is accountable for fulfilling orders but they can take my hard earned money. In my day that was called theft and fraud and deception. Disgusting for a company that claims to do the right thing. Thanks for taking my money, you spineless low-lives. I'll donate my items elsewhere from now on. Gross. Shoutout to Evergreen Goodwill for taking my few hundred and not sending my order and not responding to requests for assistance.

My household has made several purchases to goodwillfinds including musical gear, art work, clothing, bulk jewelry, a new model type writer still in its original box, vintage metal Tonka trucks and more. Our items have always been well packed and arrived on time. I 10/10 would recommend goodwillfinds to family and friends.

Received stolen unsaleable item. They refuse to answer emails and do not answer phone. Force to cancel transaction.

did not ship my items and did not credit my account. But no one will call or email you back. there has to be a way to hold this company accountable for this. will contact the Better business on them.

The absolute worst online shopping experience I have ever had. Customer service is non-existent. The place seems to be a scam and should be shut down. I placed an order in late May that included items from several Goodwill Ecommerce sites. Received orders from other locations in a timely manner. Almost a month later and still have not received my purchase from Evergreen Northwest Washington. I contacted the company via their webform and customer service email, but never received a response. As a last ditch effort I sent an email to the brick and mortar store. Again no response, though a few days later I received an automated message saying my item had shipped. Big shocker: the tracking link provided does not work, and eight days later it has still not arrived. I will continue to shop at GoodwillFinds, but will NEVER purchase an item from this location.

I ordered 3 echo shows (GW00181007) from Goodwillfind and they shipped only 2 and it’s missing 1. I have tried to contact the customer service since June 13 and they never reply my emails. Goodwill took my money and they don’t even care about customers at all as I never got a reply from my multiple requests. goodwill claim a good cause but they treat me unfair not shipping what I bought nor giving my money back. This is my message for all goodwill customers to be careful with Goodwillfinds. Not a serious company as I though from their advertising.
