Not your traditional scam but in the end - a scam is a scam even if it's for a "good cause".
Over a period of three weeks I made 7 orders for a total of about 30 items. All said and done the fulfillment rate for me is about 80%. In dollars this came out to about $200 that's totally my loss.
No way to retrieve my losses and they revel it that.
I'm quite sure it's bad management and the bottom line seams more important then honesty.

I made a purchase, got a confirmation email, but no shipping information, or estimated time. Customer service will ignore you. No way to get refunded so hopefully you just count purchase as a donation. The whole process is a joke.

How can Goodwillfinds claim they are a charitable organization when they gouge their customers by charging outrageous shipping prices? I had 2 bundles in my cart - 2 rings, a pendant, a chain bracelet and they were charging $38 dollars to ship from Florida to TN. WHAT???? It is an insult and was a complete waste of my time shopping there. Do you really expect customers are ok with this? You have a 1 star rating and have other really poor ratings. Why do you continue to rip off customers???? No more donations coming your way ever!!!

I was sent a discount code as a repeat buyer. I applied it and it was accepted. It was however not crededited against my order. I have contacted the organization by phone (recording no call back); web contact form again no reply.

How can they send out discount codes honor them and then discard at check out. Guessing consumer bug but total lack of response is inexcusable

Please save time money and hassle do not buy anything you will regret it. They sent the wrong item. I am not happy. There is no customer service number no way to get your money back.

Sells crap that doesn't work. Bought an expensive appliance arrived DEAD.

I found quite the deal on the site. Jumped head first into it. I had a question about the order after I placed it, and used the website's contact form. No word back.
I've found their email address and wrote to them at CustomerService. No word back yet.
It looks like a GoodWill Website would, but It's been over a week and still no word.
I have Informed Delivery from the Post Office, so I would see if any unknown packaged were coming my way, but they aren't.
Clicking the Track Order button only takes you to the Invoice page, where there is no tracking number or link to track.
I found a hard for me to find thing from my wife's childhood and wanted to give it to her as a birthday gift. It's one week away now, and I don't even know if I'll have one to give her.

It has been 2 weeks since I ordered. No shipping information yet. I have reached out to goodwill finds and no response yet. I have ordered a couple times now and this is a pattern. They charge a handling fee and way over charge for shipping. They may need to hire more people to stay on top of the orders. Maybe don't post so many items they can't keep up with. They also do not take returns unless item damaged. It is hit and miss with some items because the pictures can be deceiving. Probably better just to go to the actual goodwill store so you can see and inspect items before you buy something you can't take back. Just sad because I feel they are taking advantage of customers and over charging donated items. They used to be non profit but now are not.

I never received my order. At the time of my order, their website clearly stated they generally shipped in 2-4 business days.

My seller is Evergreen Goodwill of Northwest Washington ecommerce. This information actually does not show in your order page, so if something happens, you will have no idea which Goodwill organization to contact. Fortunately, I happened to keep the item under "Favorite," and I was able to view who was accountable.

I contacted them twice to ask about the status of my order. Once through goodwillfinds.com, and the other time, through Evergreen Goodwill's website. Not a peep.

My credit card account showed a pending charge on the day of my order (4/24/23), and the amount was reversed to negative a week later. The charge eventually disappeared. At the moment I have not been charged, but I'm worried they might re-charge me out of the blue when they randomly decide to ship my order, say, a year later. I've reported this transaction to the bank, explained my predicament, and asked what could be done. I was told they needed more time to do research, and I'm waiting for their follow-up.

I was hopeful at the beginning. I'd rather pay and receive my order. I waited and waited. Things are looking worse as the days go by.

5/26/23 - They emailed me a shipping notification with a bad link to UPS. The link does take me to the UPS site, but there is no valid tracking number. That was 2.5 weeks ago! I have an account with UPS so I can check all the incoming shipments addressed to me. There is no sign of any package coming from them so far. I also check my FedEx and USPS accounts, but nope, nothing is coming my way from this organization.

6/7/23 - Goodwillfinds.com randomly decided to charge my credit card.

6/9/23 - I emailed Goodwillfinds.com, and told them if I don’t receive a shipping notification with a valid tracking number within two business days, I will report this charge to my credit card company for a possible fraud. Yet again, no response!

6/23/23 - My credit card company refunded my money.
