Though my canisters were damaged during shipping, I immediately contacted Grand Kitchen by email. I received a prompt reply from Mia who arranged to send me a replacement set. I ordered a knife from them several weeks ago and haven't gotten an update. When I placed my order I was told I would get an update within 3-5 days, and two weeks max. I even sent them an email from my end and didn't get a response. I'm still waiting.

Two successful transactions
I have purchased two knives from them. I was a bit skeptical of what the quality would be given the very reasonable prices. While the shipping time was a bit longer than I expected, when I inquired about the status of my order, I received a quick response with a schedule update. Both knives are extremely sharp out of the box and the quality is excellent. The combination of good products, good prices, and good, responsive customer service is hard to find and hard to beat. Great service
Mia was very helpful on figuring out if my original order was coming or not. Unfortunately my dragon did not come cause it was a bad batch. Mia gave me the option to find anything else up to $40, which was my original price I paid. She kept in touch to let me know when it was being shipped and when it got to me. She made sure I got it.

Good Products, Better Customer Support
My order took a while to arrive and when I finally received the package, I noticed a minor problem with my order. Nothing was wrong with the functionality of the product but the color was different than what was shown on the website.
