Great sales staff like Skip. Knows products and is honest. Good price and selection

The only place to shop for Furniture. Associates know and listen to your needs and narrow down to the perfect match. Matt was outstanding, and we will make sure to do all our Furniture Shopping at the Waynesboro Grand.

We bought a table & 8 chairs, one piece of the table was damaged when we opened the box & they replaced it the next day & gave us a partial credit on our price....very nice customer service!

Company should continue with 30-60-90 day interest free purchasing.

Their furniture is very expensive to start with and to charge an additional $95 for delivery and set up is an insult.

On the plus side, the delivery guys came on time, were friendly and did a good job.

There delivery team was here 5 minutes... Their warranty is on point, and they're flexible to let you see samples in your own space!

I knew what I wanted when I walked in the store. i was pleased to get the bed and chair that I wanted, The delivery guys set everything where I wanted and made sure everything was in the right place. I am new to Staunton and was told Grand Furnishings was the best place to go.

My husband and I went to purchase a new mattress! We were quite fortunate to have gotten Samantha Stanley as our sales associate! She greeted us with a warm smile and of course the traditional “Coke’s “ ! She was impressively knowledgeable of all the features! I will definitely go back to Grands hoping “Sam” will be there ❤️

Experience with the finance office was wonderful. However, experience with sales not so much. We had to take pictures of the item we wanted instead of the sales associate going with us and the bring the pictures back for them to setup the order and they wrote down the wrong price.

My furniture had to be ordered so I have not been able to enjoy it yet. My experience with my sales person Bart Long was wonderful. He did not push or rush us to buy anything. He was very helpful and took his time with us. I was just looking for furniture and with the wonderful customer service and very nice Lazy Boy couches I decided to buy that day. My local Grand Furnishings is in Lynchburg, VA. My health is not good and it is difficult to get into the store.They were VERY helpful when I was trying to purchase a sofa over the phone after finding what I wanted online but had to call Customer Service to arrange for delivery. Delivery men were professional and courteous and were in and out in just a few minutes. Grand always has what I am looking for, even when I research other companies online. All my experiences over the years with Grand have all been great.

In our 15yrs of marriage, these were the first two pieces of furniture that we actually bought. I was SUPER PLEASED with the two gentlemen who delivered our furniture yesterday. They were so friendly & professional. They were in & out just like that & knew exactly how & what needed to be done to get our old furniture out & the new in.
