The sales experience to this point was flawless. I reserved one star because the bed rails could not be found so I am still waiting to take delivery.

Honest, not pushy, and got exactly what i ordered at a good price and delivered on day they said. It all went smooth. Would recommend them to everybody.

I am in my eighties and so I was accompanied by a younger lady with her 9 year old daughter and I was pleased to have her support as she also knew what I was looking for. The service I received was very relaxed and unhurried. I was shown enough variety and given time to make my choices. The 9 year old was accommodated. All three of us left the store happy and I bought what I needed. I have had it delivered today and I have no regrets and I am happy with my reclining sofa, my desk and my accent cabinet.

Olivia is a wonderful sales person. Very knowledgeable, professional and has a caring and friendly personality.

The only reason I'm giving this 4 stars over 5 is I haven't moved yet for the furniture to be delivered. For service alone though, my experience is 5 stars. I am moving to VA from NH and starting with all new furniture. I went in with the intent of looking only but the sale was too much to pass. We had one person dedicated to helping, but she let us roam the store at our leisure. For something that was overwhelming with all the choices to make, they made it easy and seamless. The fact that I could participate in this sale and wait a month for the furniture to be delivered was a huge bonus. I highly recommend this store to anyone.

We were told at the time of sale that our furniture was due in the next day and could be delivered that weekend (in 3 days). Come to find out, our furniture was on back order from the factory and could be 3-4 weeks before we will get it! Honesty is a big thing to me and I am not pleased with the level of dishonesty used to make the sale!

Other than furniture being way too expensive, Grand is one of my favorite furniture stores to shop in. We had lost our home to fire in May. Hunt Dekle our salesman was wonderful and I would ask for him again. We will still have to get mattresses for the beds.

Shopping at Grand Home Furnishings is a very pleasant experience. No pressure. Upon entering the store on a very hot, muggy day, we were given an ice cold Coke. (Very nice and unexpected.) All questions were answered concerning the bed we liked. All the employees we interacted with were very friendly.

The delivery guys were right on time and did an excellent job taking away the old bed and setting up our new bed. They were friendly and respectful. Very nice men. An added touch was the dozen Krispy Kreme donuts the delivery men brought from Grand Home Furnishings. A very nice surprise.

I highly recommend Grand Home Furnishings. In my opinion they are the best!

Was told that my purchase would be delivered on a certain date. I removed old furniture with the expectation of new furniture delivery and was told the day before it was scheduled to come that it was two weeks out. I’m not sure if I hadn’t called to confirm delivery when I would have found out it wasn’t coming. I understand that things happen, but it is an inconvenience since the old furniture had been already removed .
