I can only give 5 stars, but they truly deserve more. Every member of staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. They went above and beyond to help me with a form that needed completing, making the whole process so much easier. Their outstanding customer service and willingness to help were greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend them.

From start to finish my experience at Haines opticians in Calne was excellent. Sarah and her team were brilliant. They helped me pick out frames that I was really pleased with. Sarah explained all the different options on my prescription I could purchase and then helped me sort out a payment plan that good for me.
Would definitely use this service again.

Went in as emergency off street as had small object in eye. Lovely, helpful front desk staff and optician kind, thourough and professional. Would reccomend.

I have been client for 24 years, my first appointment in 2002! (can I really remember that far back lol ) I have received excellent care with professionalism, humour & Witt. When I’m struggling to decide which pair or pairs of frames, I’m given honest opinions of which I value. I’m never rushed. Fran, Vicky, Lou, Helen, Lisa to name a few are lovely ladies. Always willing to help me find my next bonkers pair of spec’s. !!!! Yes I like the more colourful range. Never had a bad experience.

Whilst on holiday, my glasses broke and on the off chance I popped into the opticians for help, within 10 minutes my glasses were repaired cleaned and handed back to me with such brilliant customer service- Thankyou so much 💕

Very good customer service and very quick and efficient with going into the appointment. Couldn’t have been any better and as someone like me who suffers with anxiety with some of these things I felt relaxed and at ease. Will always be going back their nothing beats them.

Exceptional service was extended to me by John at the Faringdon branch : I am not a customer but John went out of his way to assist me with eye health advice following an incident plus very kindly gave me some medication for immediate aid. I dropped into the Chippenham branch with no appointment and was lucky enough to be seen straight away to discuss and order varifocals. I felt that all of my concerns were answered and they were fab at helping me choose a suitable frame. I’m really happy I decided to return and the customer service is tip top.

I walked in as a passerby as the screw had just fallen out of my glasses , the ladies were very helpful and polite and found a screw that fit my glasses,
The shop is lovely bright and clean

I had need to obtain a repair to a pair of sun glasses where the arm screw had fallen out. A warm welcome and immediate help to fix the arm and would certainly return in the future.
