Ordered oranges as a gift, they were in transit for over a week and arrived moldy. When I complained, the company wanted the gift recipient to submit pictures before they would do anything. Some gift - here's some moldy oranges and a big hassle.

I have ordered several times and every order arrived in Perfect condition except my last order of grapefruits. One arrived smashed. I notified Hale and with one day or two. A replacement order arrived no charge. Outstanding company A++++

The package arrived with two spoiled pieces of fruit. The customer service was excellent, quickly explained my options and issued a refund. The rest of the fruit was fine and tasted great. Appreciate the prompt turnaround on my issue, outstanding customer support. I will be ordering my citrus from Hale Groves in the future.

The oranges were fresh and so juicy. Yummy

The product as received was greatly appreciated. The challenge for me was timing of the arrival of the baskets--both baskets were exactly the same and going as 'sunshine baskets' to sisters who had just lost their mother. One sister received hers 10 days ahead of the other one; it was received a week ahead of the window provided by Hale Groves, while the other sister got hers within the expected time frame. I don't know how this could have been done any differently as the sisters live in GA/VA and GA was much closer for shipping. In the end, both of them were grateful for the basket and were well pleased with the product.

Service was fast and the fruit was excellent...always order from them when they have the prices reduced or a sale...

Easy to order on line. I liked that I got free shipping. My aunt who is 98 years old always loves when I send her fruit from Hale. This last time, she received peaches from me last week and she said they were delicious!!

The ordering and shipping process was great and the peaches arrived within two days after I received confirmation they were sent.

Some gift - moldy oranges arrive late and now my mother has the hassle of taking and sending pictures. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Was a mothers day gift and she enjoyed the fruit

the delivery was pushed back 3 times by fed-ex and the product itself had multiple rotten pieces, the product that was good to eat wasn't up to your usual standards.

3 were soft and had to be thrown out, and they were the size of oranges, bit disappointed.

Your use of fed ex is pathetic
I live on a hill in a rural area—dirt road—fed ex drivers are always rude—inconsiderate—fly up the hill —dust and rocks going everywhere—product left out by a nearby garage!
UPS on the other hand —curtesy is pre-eminent—product is ALWAYS left on front porch by front door—never have to duck for cover (like I did today) when they deliver product!!!
MY NEW POLICY IS—-ONLY BUY PRODUCT FROM THOSE COMPANIES THAT USE UPS!!
I apparently need to search for a new company for my oranges and grapefruit.
Sorry—I did like your product—just not your delivery company!!

My order was delivered quicker than I expected and the quality was excellent. My mother was very pleased with everything from Hale Grove. I will continue to be a customer and recommend Hale Grove to others.

Although it was costly who can put a price on getting the best gift possible for a family member. It was packaged nicely and made it all the way from South Florida to Oklahoma on time. I will use the service again.

Not up to your usual standards. Took over a week to arrive after being shipped and two grapefruits were bad (covered in a white mildew). The others were very bitter.
