The oranges were absolutely delicious and better than the ones you buy in the supermarkets. Delivery was amazing and the packaging kept the fruit from getting bruised. I will definitely be ordering again!

Fruit consistently moldy and inedible, and horrible customer service. I cancelled the subscription but they still sent me another box of rotten fruit 3 weeks later and billed me for it. I called to tell them they sent me unordered fruit and that I was not obligated to pay the bill and she turned nasty on me and yelled at me. How are these people in business? Stay far away!

Comparing previous orders to this last order made
I have ordered different fruit in the past & was pleased with the customer service & person's manner I spoke to on the phone orders made previously. Based on that experience I thought it would be similar.
I felt the person on the phone was not as experienced maybe? Or new?... I felt I had to control the conversation to get any information out of him. I was even concerned about whether or not my order was even going to be processed correctly! He was not rude, but needed to be more communicative. It felt a bit awkward to me, that I had to sustain the phone order process conversation.
The delivery service was within the time frame promised. No complaints on that!
The product {petite peaches} was packaged carefully, but we were slightly disappointed in the overripeness of at least half the box which created bruising on those pieces of fruit. I do not feel I would repeat a purchase on this type of fruit. Maybe its too delicate for the delivery process. The half that did make it was very good tasting though. I think I will only order hardier fruit from now on though.

Every time I have ordered fruit over the phone each person has been pleasant, helpful and verified my order was correct. Also liked the shipped and delivery notifications. The product is great. When the box arrives it makes even an ordinary day special.

i ordered peaches and found out after my order was placed that my peaches where replaced with oranges because peaches can't be sent to Arizona. it would have been better for me i had been told that before i made my order. i will go to a more honest company in the future. on the good side, the oranges are very good

Still waiting!
I ordered 3 different items from your company, to be delivered to 3 different addresses. Out of the 3 deliveries 2 have had spoiled fruit in them. I'm still waiting for the 3rd delivery. My fingers are crossed that no spoiled or rotten fruit is in the 3rd package. When I reached out to the company they said they would replace some fruit (which I'm still waiting for) and refunded me for what they didn't have in stock.
