Hamptons is a good, reliable firm. In particular I wanted to call out Max Barnes, Hampton’s Senior Property Manager, who has looked after our cottage for many years and is great! Very experienced, quick to respond, very diplomatic dealing with tenant issues and both professional and friendly to deal with.

Hamptons have been our letting agent now for a few months. We initially had issues with our washing machine but this was sorted very quickly by Danish Ashraf who ensured that our new one was fitted before Christmas. Hamptons have managed my two properties in the UK since I moved overseas, and I have been very well supported by my property manager Saima Hasib. She has consistently resolved any issues regarding my flat in a timely and professional manner, and I am grateful to have had her help for over two years.

My letting manager, Caroline, and property manager, April Keane in Pimlico & Westminster branch have always responded to my requests promptly and have been extremely helpful. They are professional, warm, and consistently willing to assist whenever needed. I truly appreciate their dedications.

Our current tenancy with Hamptons is coming to an end soon and our property manager, April Keane, has been amazing throughout our 2-year tenancy. She’s extremely responsive and very helpful, we’ve never had a reason to worry. Any issues that arose (and these were quite minimal), April was our first point of call and got it sorted for us efficiently.

The staff in the Alton branch, particularly Adam Masters, went above and beyond to get a long winded and complicated sale over the line. Adam is professional, calm and supportive. I have used Hamptons three times now and would wholeheartedly recommend the Alton office.

Our property is managed by Danish who goes above and beyond to ensure all issues are remedied as soon as they can be. He’s always available by phone and email and we love having him as our property manager!

Hampton has been my letting agent for many years. Recently I have been contracted with Hamptons again as I move out of my flat. Monika has been assigned to be my property manager since 2022 and I find her great in her job. She is personal, attentive and approachable professional. Despite I may have some difficult ask, she can handle them well. I have been sticking to Hamptons so far partly because of her and I know I can trust her to take care of my property appropriately.

Danish is a wonderful property manager and always comes back to me straight away. He is helpful and positive and I appreciate his help!
