I bought this cover for my Jacuzzi 225 having looked for a long time online without any confidence of finding the right cover.

The description was clear and I went ahead and bought it. 18 hours later it was delivered by FedEx and I installed it (put it on top of tub) there and then.

The cover looks great, it feels like great quality and was exactly the right size for the 225.

Having had a leaking cover before which subsequently weighed a tonne and was difficult to lift up this is pure luxury. It’s light weight as a lid should be and it looks well insulated.

It has transformed my 5 year old tub into what looks like a brand new one. The fittings and the locks on the clips are great for anyone scared of a child getting in.

A great product and service. I’m so glad I choose these guys. I also like the history of the family business which is reflective in that customer service and quality of product.

I’ll not go anywhere else now for all maintenance needs.

Well on Friday last week I decided I needed to replace my Hot Tub lid after months of me moaning about the lid fit, weight and general look of it, I had been searching but it was a smaller lid than what seem to be the norm so I was going down the bespoke route, so I got on the phone ! A friend had told me about Happy Hot Tubs and I gave them a ring, I was so impressed !!! I spoke to Ed who offered me a variety of options and delivery dates, but we settled on a “Sister Brand” hot tub lid that would fit mine exactly, which he had in stock and on hand so we did the deal. Wowzza these guys are great, he organised the sale, delivery and a free gift in a matter of minutes, well the great news was that I got exactly what I wanted delivered on the Monday (next working day) seriously a customer focused business, so happy to recommend and give a 5 Star review , well done 👍

Fantastic service from purchase to delivery. James answered any questions and was fantastic in keeping us updated into what hot tub to purchase and all plans for after care.

Delivery and installation by Harry and other gentleman who's name unfortunately I didn't catch was smooth and quick. Harry then went through the chemicals and how to care for the hot tub.

We were notified on the day of delivery of the time of arrival.
Both Harry and Krum arrived on time and carried out their work with the due diligence. The old tub was removed and the replacement all set up ready to use .

Harry ensured that we were completely happy with the installation before leaving. Many thanks to them.

We needed a new cover for our hot tub and saw one specifically made for our model on the Happy Hot Tubs website. None of these are cheap, but this one seems a lot more reasonable value than others I have seen. I ordered it and it arrived in perfect condition the next day. Very pleased with the quality of the product and the service.

Buying our first ever hot tub was made simple and easy by Peter. There was no high pressure selling and he talked us through the features of the ex-display hot tub. It is one of the few places that seem to sell smaller hot tubs for small gardens. Harry and Krum delivered the hot tub on time and were professional and friendly and showed us how to use it and the chemicals. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely brilliant customer service from start to finish. I needed some help to correctly identify new head rests for an older model hot tub and emailed some photos over. Within hours I had a link to the correct headrests sent over to me and duly purchased x3. After ordering I realised a had forgotten to apply my 5% discount code (available when signing up to news letter) and the team refunded the 5% the same day. No hesitation at all in recommending and big thanks to both Harry and Ed for their fantastic customer service - keep it up!

We had a great experience from
Start to end. We brought an ex display relay hot tub. The communication was quick, clear and easy.
On the delivery day Harry and Krum turned up and were really helpful and explained everything to me. Unfortunately the crane driver I had organised was over an hour late which delayed the guys a lot. But they stayed late and got everything done in a calm professional manner. Really good service all around.

I ordered a submersible water pump which arrived in the normal reliable HHT fashion, and on first use it has lived up to expectations.. a great piece of kit which saves oodles of time by emptying our tub in 20mins, and with a little help adjusting the float I managed to empty it to just 2.5cm depth of water!

Really happy with this purchase and pleased as ever with the Happy Hot Tubs service.

Amazing Service - Ordered a new cover for my tub, there was a little issue with the delivery and the team chased it for me, kept me in the loop and made sure it was sorted very fast. Cover is perfect - fits perfectly, works amazingly well and is much lighter than the manufactures one when moving the lid before and after use. Staff were very helpful and product was delivered in accordance with the time frame specified.

We chose Happy Hot Tubs because they gave the best value for money. The whole process was done online and it was very easy. A site visit was carried out prior to installation. Fitting of the hot tub was easy and we were able to use it that night. We had 2 after care phone calls to see if we were happy and needed any help. Would highly recommend Happy Hot Tubs.
