Harvey Baker Solicitors Reviews

Tom good absolutely brilliant

We had Harvey Baker take care of our remortgage for us and were looked after by Tom and Olivia. Communication was excellent and although the portal is the preferred method ( where you can track the progress of your mortgage) they were always very easy to contact by telephone and email. The remortgage went through in super quick time which we were really grateful for. We would have no hesitation in using their services again or recommending them to friends and family.

We had a great experience with Harvey Baker solicitors , highly recommended, thank you so much guys, Big respect ✊ from , Jagdeep kaur & Gurpreet Singh

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service provided by Victoria Sellwood of Harvey Baker Limited, TY ANTUR, Navigation Park, Abercynon, CF45 4SN, during our recent property transactions.

Having purchased several properties in the past, I can confidently say that this experience was by far the smoothest and most professionally managed—despite the added complexity of a remortgage, new borrowing, and a purchase all taking place simultaneously. Victoria handled every aspect with precision, efficiency, and a level of dedication that truly stood out.

She kept us fully informed with day-to-day progress updates, promptly returned calls, and responded to queries with clarity and professionalism. Her proactive approach and calm manner provided us with reassurance during what can often be a stressful process. Even during tight timelines and key milestones, she maintained excellent communication with all parties involved, ensuring that everything progressed without unnecessary delays.

I would also like to acknowledge Carla, who supported the process as Victoria’s assistant. Carla was helpful and responsive throughout, contributing to the seamless coordination and successful completion of our transaction.

Thank you once again to Victoria—and Carla—for your exceptional service. I would not hesitate to recommend Harvey Baker Limited to others and will certainly be returning for any future legal property matters.

We had a fantastic experience with Harvey Baker during our recent house purchase. The entire process was handled with professionalism, clear communication, and impressive responsiveness.

One of the standout features was their app, which made it incredibly easy to track progress, view important documents, and stay updated in real-time. It gave us peace of mind knowing exactly where things stood every step of the way.

Thank you once again for standing by us and helping us achieve our home.

The portal keeps you fully informed each step of the way, initially takes a little getting used to when navigating on your phone, easier on a computer (however that could just be my age 56!). Once I got the hang of it, really easy. No need for lengthy phone calls, just message on the portal and my solicitor and team responded really quickly.
I felt confident with my transaction and I would fully recommend Harvey Baker solicitors.
