Excellent customer service and good quality hay.

I needed to change the delivery date of my subscription hay and phoned Haybox and they were incredibly helpful. The hay is great quality and my rabbits love it. Thoroughly recommend this company for quality of product and excellent customer service.

Excellent customer service. Ordered items recently from haybox. I thought I had an issue with part of the order so contacted Haybox by email. It was dealt with promptly by Anish who was extremely helpful and agreed to replace the item immediately. I received the goods the following day. I later discovered the issue was my fault as the item had been placed inside one of the hay boxes and I hadn't realised. I have been in touch to apologise and to pay for the extra goods.
I have used Haybox for a while now. The Hay is always of a good quality. My rabbits love it. Goods are delivered within two days. Would highly recommend this company.

Stopped buying from haybox over a year ago since they started automatic baling and it was crushed and dusty. Thought I would try again a year later as it stated you can buy it handpicked too like it used to be! What a SCAM!! It is still clearly machine bailed and is the most dusty hay I have ever bought. They even have the cheek to charge you extra to just not put it in a plastic bag! Had to throw the lot out and buy from a better company. Never again! I will stick with the hay shed in future! Even pound shop hay is less dusty. They also still make sure the 15kg are still unavailable after a year! So you can only buy 10kg and pay postage or 20kgs to get free delivery! Nah thanks! Scammed once to many times by this company, won't be again!

Excellent quality hay and treats.
My guinea pig Biff just can’t wait to jump into his fresh hay and loves the dandelion roots.

I have been using Haybox for a while now and not had many issues. Unfortunately my last order of "hand picked" Timothy hay is like a box of dust. Rabbits wouldn't eat it and took us a moment to realise why. Literally any movement to the box and a cloud of dust appears. Contacted customer services and received no reply. Had to order from somewhere else and have a whole 10kg box gone to waste. Disappointing.

We love this company, their hay is the best quality in the UK. I had an issue with Yodel couriers but after speaking with Linda she rectified the issue immediately...thank you so much!

Ordered a selection of sample hays, toys and some Timothy hay. The bunnies loved it. Will definitely be ordering again. Recommend getting the samples so you see the differences and your pet can try it.

I love the quality of the hay so do my rabbits but I've been always getting plastic bags filled with hay which has been really good for storage aswell as not drying out the hay but I've now been receiving hay in a box which leads to hay drying out no matter what I do, my rabbits getting into the boxes and chewing them no matter where I put the box and it taking up so much room,
it would be amazing to have the plastic bags back

This hay is so luscious my rabbits don't waste it like they always have on Timothy hay from pets at home!! I'm extremely happy with it that I fully intend on continuing to get my hay from haybox. It arrived quickly too. Thank you Kay for hand picking it for us! 😁🐰🐾

I've ordered from Haybox a number of times and the quality of hay has always been great (especially in the boxes) with long pieces of hay that my piggies loved. However, since the hay has been packed in plastic it tends to mostly be chopped up little bits and very very dusty which cause my piggies to sneeze all the time. Also noticed there's a lot of brown hay and very worryingly a few pieces of blue plastic rope.

The quality has not been great and most of the hay is left uneaten in the bottom of the cage. Time to move onto another supplier.

I'm writing this to say Thank you to sam for all your help when my haybox wasn't delivered on time. Your prompt response made sure my rabbit didn't run out of hay.

Very disappointed with Haybox. Either handpicked or bag packed hay is way too dusty, my bunnies struggle with sneezing due to the volume of dust. I did shake all the box trying to get rid of dust and it was 40% of the whole “hay”box …
Used to buy haybox for so long, with hoping they work it out but it is unfortunately as bad as it was. It is time to find new supplier.
