So the actual quality of the hay is great, however it was absolutely full of bird feathers and synthetic material (blue string) It's really not acceptable.

Really fast delivery!
Placed our first order yesterday and we have received the hay box today! Very pleased. Seems to be good quality and good value for money. Better than the hay we have been purchasing from pets at home.

Great hay and forage, my guinea pigs love it. Sadly Haybox are let down by their choice of courier Yodel. Instead of delivering the parcel they left it outside my block of flats on a busy street and i was not notified despite being home to answer the buzzer/door. According to Yodel 'This parcel doesn't need to be delivered to a person' that's a quote from the email I received when my order was on its way, this means Yodel can dumped your parcel anywhere like mine was. Yodel are the reason why I won't be subscribing to Haybox unfortunately.

The hay was a lovely green and the rabbits love it.

Always been happy with Haybox.Great quality hay at a good price which my fussy buns love. If I've needed to speak to their customer service they are always quick to respond and so helpful.

My pigs absolutely love the hay from haybox they always have amazing quality and very fast delivery.

Unfortunately I have had to cancel my subscription after a long period of been a loyal customer. My bank card had been frozen due to me been scammed, I did not want my card to be frozen but legally my bank had to. My payment did not go through for my bunnies hay, I reached out for help if the could offer me some way round this. I live on my own, do not drive, and I only have this account. They suggested someone else pay it for me then I pay them back!!!! This also was not an option for me. I had cash So I had to jump on a bus for a 3 hour round journey today in this horrible weather to make sure my furbabies
had hay. I find it hard to believe that they could not help me somehow i offered to pay over the phone when my new card arrived, They seemed quite happy to lose a customer so company must be doing well. Your loss is another companies gain. I've actually found 8.5 kg of soft cut hay for £24 free delivery every 4 weeks.

Sam who have helped to resolve my shipment issues is extremely kind person. Very professional, very understanding. There should be more people like him. He is one of the kind. Hay box company is so lovely always helpful which why myself and my bunnies babies are trusting only them and nobody else

I've used HayBox for several years now for Timothy hay for my guinea pigs. I've never had any trouble with them. I have a subscription which I've had to change the dates on regularly (to adjust for my guinea pigs using more or less). The subscription has always gone out on the day I've asked for, even with last minute changes. The Timothy hay has always been of great quality and the customer service has always been great.

The hay is always delivered in secure packaging and so quickly!! We never have to worry about going without. We also received a free pack of hay treats which our bunny is very grateful for!!

Have used Haybox for a few years now and I'm always very happy with my purchases. Hay is very good quality and it's the only hay my bunnies will happily eat, plus they absolutely love the hay cookies! One of my orders had a missing bag of hay cookies, which was quickly resolved after contacting their customer service team. Always good value for money and fast delivery too, I'd highly recommend Haybox to anyone

Used to really love Haybox however have opened my most recent order of pre packed course cut hay to find bits of blue string pieces all the way through it. So worried my rabbit might ingest it that I’ve had to bin the lot. Customer service is awful too.

I am so so so disappointed. I order from this company all the time for my little bunnies and I was giving them some dandelion sticks and I happened to find a huge metal screw in with the mix which I ALMOST gave to my rabbit as it looked like a dandelion stick! I am so upset about this. Why on earth would there be a screw in with the dandelion mix who is packing your orders? I don’t feel comfortable ordering treats from you again.

My buns love these plantain, marigolds plenty of other herbs from haybox and the speedy delivery is great from haybox.

First time buying from haybox I been trying to find hay that my Guineas like so look online and found haybox and looked at reviews so order some the delivery was very quick and when I gave it to the girlie's they left there greens and went for the hay they absolutely love it I would highly recommend haybox specially if you have fussy Guinea pigs like mine.

The quality of hay is the top .Always delivered as ordered and in very convenient compressed packaging if preferred .
So why not 5 stars ?
DPD couriers i have had issues with before . it clearly states the safe place which is simply at the front of the house and not for the first time was just dumped on the drive and annoyingly states Your order has been left in your chosen safe place, My conclusion is if i find an equivalent product at the same price i will have to move on .

Order arrived super quickly and as usual is amazing quality hay! My bunnies absolutely love it!

Really great company, speedy delivery well packaged and most importantly my quinea pig loves it!
