Have been buying my hay from haybox since March 2021! My rabbits love the meadow hay! I litteraly cannot buy hay from any where apart from haybox so you definitely have a long term customer here. Also their hay cubes are a good price as well. And thank you for my little free gift aswell. And thank you to Jen for pick and packing my order ☺️

Received the free sample box the next day , and I’ve tried each one and my guinea pigs preferred the meadow hay blend , look forward to my next order

After using HayBox for a while now, I'm afraid I'll have to switch to a competitor, which is quite sad as I used to love all the products, and even though it's pricey, it is still affordable. Since the change of packaging, it's not a premium hay, the quality has dropped significantly and a lot of product goes to waste as my bunnies don't want to eat it anymore. I have decided to give it one last chance, with different type of hay. Yes, there is an option to select packaging now - but not for Orchard Hay that I decided to try this time. The website states that Orchard Hay is available in the box, so I have added a note to an order that it's essential that the hay comes in a box, not the plastic, and asking for contact if this is not possible so I can switch to a different hay. Received my delivery today - which is a plus, it was very quick. Unfortunately, I have received compressed hay in a plastic bag, put in the box. Foraging mixes & flowers are now packed in plastic too, instead of the paper bags that they used to come in - another unnecessary change for worse. Very disappointed.

Have used HayBox for a few years now. All of their hay is always fresh and smells really good. Packaging is good as you’re now given an option on some hay, either boxed or bags. My piggies love their hay and have been spoiled as they won’t eat any other. Customer service is excellent and nothing is too much trouble. It may be a little more expensive than shop bought hay but there is no comparison. I would definitely recommend. Thank you HayBox

Wow this hand packed Timothy hay is AMAZING! My two rabbits are wasting none of it, the stalks are a great size, so fresh and crunchy…it’s noticeable how much they prefer it to other products I’ve bought. Will definitely stick to this!

I recently moved to the UK and got a bunny. I was surprised by the poor quality of pellets from most suppliers. After a long search for natural pellets without ingredients like genetically modified soybeans, I found Haybox. My bunny LOVES their cold-pressed pellets. We also tried their hay taster pack, and it was a hit! I'm never buying from regular pet stores again. Companies like Haybox deserve all the credit for providing quality and healthy food for our pets. I wish there was more awareness about this in the UK.

Iv tried a few other companys but always find myself back with Haybox so I guess that’s where I need to stay :)
Always good quality and quick delivery. Iv only ever had one order slightly wrong and they corrected it and got the right item sent out immediately. Really pleased that we now have the option for the hay packaging as the compressed bale is so much better for me to store in my small home. Once I move I would deffo consider going back to the original way but for now compressed suits me that bit more.
Iv Just received my most recent order and loved my personal thank you card -packed by Amanda, along with a free gift which was lovely, so thank you everyone at HayBox.

Everything is such good quality! I’ve been through every brand of hay and pellets for guinea pigs and this is definitely the most healthy looking. Fresh and green what more could you want. I’m very happy with this company and the prices are great! Delivery is so speedy too!

I've just received my second Haybox order and I cannot compliment them enough! Everything is beautifully packed, so affordable and smells AMAZING! We've tried lots of different things with our bun, some hugely popular, others less so (we have a slightly fussy boy) but we've had fun trying different things with him and it's been totally worth it for the sensory experience when opening the box! Favourites so far are rose petals, dandelion leaves and root, hibiscus and marigold flowers. I will definitely order in the future and have recommended to several other bun owners. Cannot fault at all.

I have a small sanctuary with mostly rabbits and guinea pigs so go through a lot of hay. They all love the soft Timothy hay as do my family of 4 chinchillas so I was really disappointed when I went to order some after a few months of not ordering to see so many negative reviews about the plastic packaging, short stems etc.
I decided to call them and explain my concerns. The phone was answered promptly and after I explained my concerns and asked some questions I decided to order some of the plastic packaged soft Timothy and the plastic packaged Orchard hay. They kindly sent me a free 2.5 kg of the packaged Timothy before hand for me to trial. I'm really pleased to say that despite the strands being a bit shorter it's far less compressed than I imagined and the smell and quality was how I remembered. Delivery was swift as usual. To make it more economical I buy a local bale from a horse feed supplier and then 10kg of soft Timothy and 10kg of orchard. I have some very happy rabbits, guinea pigs and chinchillas.

I only ordered a free sample of hay and it came with 4 different types packaged really nicely in brown paper bags inside the box. My boy loves it! Very impressed will have to maybe look at buying their hay regularly!

Got so much more than what I expect and cheaper then I have ever gotten it before. All the hay looks so green and smells so fresh! The sample packs are far bigger than I imagined they would be and 3 packs for free too! The pellets are much softer and bigger, greener and so much fresher than the stuff I get from the shops. Thank you, I'll be coming back next month!

Had a subscription to haybox because I knew the time it took for my pigs to run out of hay.

With a subscription I assumed that they hay would be ready to ship when the payment went through but no, it took 6 extra days to arrive (wasnt a one off). I emailed the enquires email and had no response at all from them.
