I use this company regularly and they are great.Reliable,helpful and friendly.They are the only boiler firm that I would recommend and we have used many over the years.They also installed a new boiler for my mum recently and their professionalism was a breath of fresh air after a few bad experiences with less scrupulous gas engineers.Keep up the good work!

Company came when they said,sent reminder the day before,contacted on the day to say they would be here by a certain time and they were,professsional,helpful would highly reccomend will be using heatglow again

I have used Heatglow for a number of years particularly because the service is excellent. From booking a service online to paying the invoice everything is extremely straightforward.

I worked as a construction manager for nigh on 50 years and have dealt with various trades of subcontractors over the period, some bad, some good, and some, a very few were exceptional. These guys fall into the latter category. I would have no hesitation in recommending HeatGlow to anyone.

Excellent service, on-line booking was simple and followed up with regular emails confirming appointment, arrival time etc.. Karl arrived on time, was polite, professional and knowledgeable throughout the visit and explained everything thoroughly! Great customer service, I will definitely use again and would recommend!

Had a new Worcester boiler fitted. The service from HeatGlow was first class. Communication was great from beginning to end and Karl the engineer did a great job fitting and cleaning up after. Would highly recommend 👍
