1st time we arrange a service of our boiler. It was easy to arrange, and kept in the loop from start to finish.
Engineer was polite, friendly, respectful of property, experienced and had to get a new part and was back within the hour. Price for the full service and part, was reasonable.
I would highly recommend HeatGlow.
We will be arrnaging furture services with them.

We used HeatGlow for the installation of our Worcester Bosch combi boiler 5 years ago. Since then, we have had our boiler serviced annually by HeatGlow who are always punctual, always on time, and the engineers are always professional and polite.

Had an issue with my boiler. They were able to fix it straight away. Completely honest and trustworthy which for me is really important from a customer experience perspective. You won't find better.

HeatGlow are excellent I would highly recommend them. They installed and relocated a new boiler. It was the best quote I had and the quality of work is brilliant. Also the HeatGlow team are a really nice friendly people and accommodating to any issues. Big shout out to Tom who worked his slippers off to get all done in one day.

Quick efficient and friendly

Always a pleasure to have Gareth and Tom round. They’ve just recently fitted a brand new Worcester boiler for us, plus a new radiator and some pipework. House is now super toasty! Really friendly, super efficient and tidy. Highly recommended!

I had my boiler fitted a year ago by HeatGlow, it's been a great purchase. This is my first annual service.

Gareth did an excellent job, I hardly knew he was there. They're really nice people at HeatGlow and always helpful, happy to explain and answer questions.

I hired heatglow to get my underfloor heating working properly, something it hadn't done since it was installed 10 years ago. They arrived on time, polite and professional, and completed the work on schedule. A little expensive maybe, but I guess you get what you pay for when I compare them to the other contractors I have used over the years.

Boiler serviced and leak fixed, I was notified when he'd be arriving, he did a good job, fixed the issue, gave me some advice and adjusted boiler settings for better economy.

The necessary replacement of a component of the ageing central heating boiler was carried out efficiently and the function of the system and radiators checked. Very pleased with the high standard of HeatGlow.

Heat glow had an easy to use online booking for my boiler service. I could choose from multiple times and dates. The details for the service were easy to understand and the standard price was reasonable. The plumber arrived ontime, was very polite, and completed the job efficiently. Invoice with easy online payment made paying the bill effortless. I would highly reccommend this company.

As in previous calls from HeatGlow the service was excellent. Quick responses and callouts and good explanations as to issues with our heating system.
Would thoroughly recommend.
