I had a problem with the product sent with wrong plug but quickly resolved by email

The experience was great

I made a mistake with my order... I explained what I had done. The company, Heatoor, gave very prompt and efficient support and gave me two options on how they could resolve my issue....both options were in my favour. I accepted their offer of a refund. Great service.

It's easy to order and lots of extras if you want them.Price is good.

they knew the 110v electrical system and plugs do NOT work in NZ
they much you around wanting pictures etc when you complain and then insult you by offering a 25% refund
Great way to scam $$ out of people when pretending to be legit
So I have lost 600$ and have 4 useless dangerous ornaments - yes dangerous as if i do use an adaptor plug (which their own booklet says not to BUT they sent me one when I first complained) I would set my house on fire

Customer support was prompt in reply to my concern, for my online purchase. They kept communication open and addressed my concern, allowing me to have a smooth worry free transaction. Knowing my parcel is on the way to my address, keeping me informed of their progress of my concern right up until it had been rectified. I have no hesitation in buying from or recommending this online company to my friends or family

Great product going to get another one

product didn't suit Australian plug , help desk was helpful .

I purchased TWO heatoors because the advertisement made them look extremely powerful and effective. However, when they arrived, I discovered the power plug was not even compatible with Australian outlets. Luckily, I had an adaptor that fit, otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to use them at all.

As for performance, the heating function only works if you are sitting directly next to the unit. It does not properly heat the room as advertised. The so-called “air conditioner” function is even worse — it is simply a fan blowing normal air. There was absolutely no cooling effect, even when set to 16°C.

Overall, the product is very misleading, overhyped, and nowhere near what was shown in the ads. In my opinion, it is a gimmick and definitely not worth the money I spent. Now i have to run around and pay for the return before i get a refund. I would not recommend this procduct.

I have received excellent customer service despite the item being misrepresented in it's advertisement in that it didn't dispaly price as US dollars so I took it to be NZ dollars, and being an inappropriate item for use in New Zealand being 110v when NZ electricity is 240V

The use of ordering was good, a no hassle experience.
Price should show price and postage seperate, only a suggestion.

Promo did not specify the voltage required, a must for international sales. I have 2 heaters that have the wrong voltage, It is not viable to return them as the postage costs are too high. I am not even aware if the same heaters with 240 volts are available.

Heatoor's have arrived, but they don't plug into a New Zealand socket. Have to get an adaptor. Also, the cord is too short.
