Very poor quality and I only asked for 1 and received 2. Like many people on here, charged for 2 heaters, and because we live in NZ the price in US dollars was a disgrace from the price on website....I tried to cancel my order within a hour and told it was shipped already. We received them today and can't even use them in NZ due to the voltage been different here. DO NOT BUY.... it's not even worth sending them back as it would cost me more than the item.

Scam. This is a complete scam by Lithuanian mafia. Beware. These are criminals and the product is a joke - absolute pieces of junk which are fire risks. When I received my order (I was drunk when I ordered) after 2 months I opened the package and threw them straight in the garbage. Be warned :-)

As a New Zealander purchasing a Australian product i expected to be charged in AUD no I was charged in USD, I selected the 2 x bundle heater at $43.81 each then received an email with 75% discount to continue my purchase. I was delighted to see that and immediately selected Purchase. Suddenly my final price is shown with horror of usd$113.97 nzd$195.97!!! No way this is a SCAM the name on my bank showed CHECKOUTERA and I have immediately requested my bank to investigate and return my money. There is no way you are shown your final amount until you have paid and it doesn't take a rocket scientist to see the figures do not add up! Also there was an opportunity of filling out a code for free shipping which was rejected. This is an outright scam charging way more than they represent and there is no way i would ever trust these scammers again so this is my experience today BE WARNED!

Heaters came with adapters, totally unsafe for use in New Zealand. I immediately went back to them and requested a refund because you cannot use them and they offered a 25% refund and I can keep the heaters. Told them absolutely not, the heaters are going in the rubbish and the deal cost me almost $300 NZD. They offered 40%, I calculated price for me to retune and asked for 75%, settled on 70% because I wanted it over and done with. Apparently will take 20days to refund. I have kept the heaters in case they don't refund and I will submit a complaint for selling unsafe products against NZ consumer rules

I raised an issue, and the response I got was tremendous. I really greatly appreciate the efforts taken to solve my issue. Gives me confident to shop with them again. Thank you

How they treat buyers and the price they sell

The process was pretty quick and easy. I appreciate getting the second heater at a cheaper price, thank you.
I’m a little confused about the remotes? I thought they came with the heater?? As a result I was a little surprised to find they were separate? (I’m sure that’s my mistake)

I guess the best time to really be doing this review is once I’ve received the goods.

The delivery of the item was a very good experience,. The item was packed and on the way within a couple of days. The packaging was good and no damage to the heater. So far communication with support has been very good. I ordered two items and only received one so I informed Wellheater about this. As requested I supplied a copy of the order confirmation . I cannot use the heater due to most power points being basically low to the floor or behind furniture and after learning about this when seeing the heater in my home I had to request a refund. Wellheater support has been very good and a refund has been issued and I am not required to return the heater I received.

There is one issue I would like to write about which is where to lodge information to get help if needed. I had a couple of support people respond but eventually got the help I needed. I found links in a variety of places and tried a few of them, I found that quite confusing.

Overall my experience with Wellheater has been very good and I would recommend people to purchase the heater.

Company was helpful and sympathetic to my problem of inadvertently ordering a second heater.
Was told that there would be no problem with returning the heater and getting a full refund.

well ,I gave you 4/5 and not a 5 is only because the problem I have is not settled or over yet.
I feel much stronger having you on my back emailing with this Wellheater people. all that happened on the 13 of May I got billed twice and twice the money taken out of my account.And of course the parcel was send already when I canceled the Product. ..................ongoing

I'm really annoyed at the deceiving way the orders appear. I've been charged for more than I had planned to order. It's added extras to my order because of the way it's presented on screen. Also the cost was USD not AUD as I had thought! I live in NZ and used my Wise Travel Card thinking it was to be in AUD and find after checking my Wise Card that it's in USD and Converted to AUD. Not impressed at all! 😡 😡

This product would be OK if all the power points in homes were halfway up the wall. Mine are all low along skirting boards height.

The site was very helpful from the ordering process and tracked our order thru to delivery. Unfortunately the item arrived damaged so we will be sending it back for refund.

Fraudsters! I ordered 1 Well Heater $50 on the first page then on a second thought I had just ordered 1 more at reduced $33 for each. Turns out they are sending 3 original Well Heaters plus warranty and 2 other types of heater in another order. Both in unexpected US$ which doubled my NZ costing to the tune of over $325! Fraudsters.
