Keine Kaufempfehlung. Kaufprozess ist irreführend. Wollte 1 min danach direkt stornieren. Wurde nicht akzeptiert. Insgesamt 8 Wochen für den ganzen Rückgabeprozess. Unzählige E-Mails. Geld ist jetzt da. Fast € 30 Frachtkosten blieben allerdings bei mir.

Finger weg. Wird mehr in den Warenkorb gelegt, wie man möchte. Stornierung der Bestellung nicht möglich. Rücksendung schwierig, Geld gibt es nicht zurück!!!

they charged me a higher amount and then when i tried to investigate i clicked on a link that resulted in another order being placed without my approval. the confirmation email took 20 minutes to arrive, when it did i immediately canceled the order. i recieved a responce saying that orders are processed within one hour so i responded saying that only 20 mins had passed. the response was the same. its clearly just a rip off site!!!

Der WellHeater ist defekt und von Seiten der Lieferfirma wird nur eine 25 % Rückvergütung oder die komplette Rücksendung- auf Kosten des Kunden- dann 100 % vergütet (Rücksendung kostet ca. 25 €). Ich habe ein Foto und ein Video gesendet, damit das problem dargestellt werden konnte! Leider keine Lösung von der Lieferfirma möglich!

Trotz mehrmaliger Urgenz hat sich Kundendienst nicht bei mir zurückgemeldet und auf meine letzte trustpilot-Bewertung wurde geantwortet, dass ich nicht im System gefunden wurde. "Ramsch"-Ware wurde allerdings geliefert und Geld abgebucht - wieviel Beweise braucht es noch? Sie haben mit der Lieferung weder eine Rechnung noch eine Rücksende-Adresse mitgeschickt. Wenn Sie keine Lieferung mit meinen Daten in Ihren Systemen haben, dann ersuche ich Sie auch die Geldbeträge, die Sie von meiner Kreditkarte abgebucht haben, wieder zu retournieren.

The heaters are very well designed and will do a great job but they are not powerful enough for my use.

Ich wollte die Zuviel bestellte Ware zurückgeben. Per Mail wurde ein Rücksendeschein bestellt. Sehr gute Konservation, sehr schnelle Antworten und sehr gute Lösung am Ende. Mein Geld wurde zurückgezahlt, die Ware konnte ich behalten. Insgesamt sehr positive Bewertung. Vielen Dank dafür

An administration error meant our parcel was delivered to an old address that we had left 5years previously. As we had no contact with old neighbours, we had no means of recovering the parcel.
On being made aware of the problem, the well heater shop support staff were extremely courteous throughout, acting swiftly and decisively to send us a new delivery.

I had a problem with my delivery in the Uk - but the support team at Wellheater were extremely helpful in resolving the problem on my behalf.

I have recently purchased this product. Only wanted 2 but the way their website works I ended up purchasing 6 !! I called within an hour (that call cost me £15 too to the USA) and like others was told it was too late my order had been fulfilled. But it was actually 10 days before the tracking information said it had been dispatched. Anyway - now all 6 have actually arrived and I am trying to return all 6 but getting no response from their support email to enable me to do this. All in all this has cost me about £250. I’m so annoyed with myself.

My elderly father was fooled into buying from these scammers due to the fake Trustpilot reviews on their site (which as been reported to Trustpilot for all the good it will do). He ordered one unit and they took payment for three plus warranties. Dad was concerned when he got the order confirmation email and I got him to email and cancel within 30 minutes of ordering. Wellheaters replied that they had already despatched. Complete tosh of course, but that's a common scammer ploy. Cue various pointless emails back and forth with 'Victor' who who wanted us to 'wait a few days' while he tried to resolve things. We raised a case with dad's credit card company and waited. A month later and the crappy heaters turned up. I told dad to accept delivery because although it would cost him to return them, at least he would have proof of return, rather than leaving it to Evri and giving Wellheaters the chance to claim they never arrived. We contacted them one more time to ask for the return address and told them we'd reported them in the UK (Report Fraud service) and were in the process of reporting them in the EU (they have some presence in Lithuania). That triggered a reply from 'Marc' who said he'd issued a full refund and, when asked, did not want the goods returned (they are Chinese crap, will probably burn the house down and destined for the recycling centre). Five days later and today dad's card company confirmed he's had a full refund. My advice to anyone who has been fraudulently charged by Wellheaters is to immediately tell them you want to cancel and raise a case with your card company. If Wellheaters doesn't refund, you should get your money back from the bank via Section 75 or chargeback. I would also accept any delivery that does arrive and contact Wellheaters asking for return address. Contact Report Fraud and UKICC for good measure.

A con! Ordered Well Heater from an ad, received a Handy Heater. Took forever to arrive and doesn’t fulfil my what I expected.
Well Heater advert sales should be congratulated for conning me!
Tried to stop the sale but to no avail, buyer be aware the heaters work but you have no reply to complaints.
I tried to change the order for some heated socks on their advert again to no avail. All emails kept a reply saying their email was full, result no reply.
This is a unique scam/con unfortunately they got me😩.
By the way the instructions and thank you card information with contact numbers ?

Handy Heater Turbo 800 supplied for UK use is shown on the base of the box and on instruction sheet inside as being 120volt unit.As UK voltage is 240 volts it should not be used.Nothing in the full description of this item tells you the voltage.Good work by the customer support team,I returned the item on 7/2/26 and refund was in my bank account 9/2/26.Thank you

Absolut nicht vertrauenswürdiges Unternehmen. Bieten Geld-zurück-Garantie an, weigern sich jedoch, die Ware zurückzunehmen und melden sich nicht.

Mittlerweile habe ich das Geld zurückbekommen, nachdem ich Beschwerde bei PayPal eingereicht habe. Die Ware wurde in einer Folie verpackt geliefert, die Kartonagen wiesen deutliche Gebrauchs- und Abnutzungsspuren auf. Vermutlich war die Ware ein Rückläufer, daher defekt, und wurde nochmals in Umlauf gebracht. Die Heizlüfter geben zwar warme Luft ab - damit kann man jedoch bestenfalls ein Aquarium oder einen Hamsterkäfig warm halten. Also Finger weg von diesen(Scherz-)Artikeln.

ihre Reaktion ist buchstäblich eine Farce. Mir brauchen Sie nicht mehr zu helfen. Ohne Käuferschutz von Paypal würde ich immer noch nach meinem Geld betteln. Helfen SIe den anderen Käufern, ihr Geld wieder zurückzubekommen. Das was Sie hier abliefern ist eine bodenlose Unverschämtheit und hat mit Qualität und Service nichts zu tun. Lesen Sie einfach die Reviews hier und ziehen daraus Ihre Rückschlüsse.

They don't give me address and code where to return the products. Two days they are wasting my time . Very bad customer service.
