Rubbish company selling rubbish products. Avoid!
This company sent me 3 heaters instead of the 1 that I ordered and took the money from my card for 2 I didn’t want. The heaters will not switch off, don’t get hot and make a racket blowing out warm air. Eastern European company that thinks it’s ok to sell this rubbish as there’s no comebacks when they are overseas. Avoid!

Never had any interaction with Wellheater, nor do I know what they selll.
Stop using third party companies to spread unsolicited messages.

Scammers, Fraudsters taking money that makes them theivs
Every response we rcceive from these scammers makes a seperate claim. I placed an order for a single heater that has not been delivered and my request for a refund have been ignored. The latest claim states that goods are being held by customs for statuory checks required by UK government but companies allowing these scammers to promote the heater are only interested in advertising fees

SCAM
I ordered after they were recommended as the best small room heaters. I didn’t succumb to their multi ordering, but the one I ordered on 8 January has not artivived. The contact email provided is useless as messages just cone back undeliverable. Looks like I wasted my money. Please avoid looks like SCAM

I would not even give it a star
I would not even give it a star. I ordered the product on 11 Jan 2026 and should have received it by now.
I asked if I could cancel the order but because it had been dispatched, that was refused. The product is cheaper on Amazon. So I asked for the return process in preparation of when I receive the heater. I’ve sent 31 emails ask for the address to where I send the item back as there is a 30 money back guarantee with no questions asked.
I have not received this information as they keep saying your order is in transit but why can they not provide the returns process to me?
I’ve also asked for the complaints process on each email but again, this has not been provided.
I’ve spoken to Victor, Carol, RJ, Maxine, Gale, Daryl, Russell, Glaize and Larry. I don’t think these are real names as the timing of the messages back to me are odd and it appears the customer services are not in the UK.
Even if I do get a response back to this post, I’m sure I will be told to send my order number to someone in the customer services who will just go round in circles.
I’ve asked to be put in touch with a manager but again, no response.

I would have given them 0 stars, but only able to click on 1! Like others I wish I’d looked at Trustpilot before purchasing their heater. None of their product claims are true. And following letters and phone calls trying to return the product and get a refund we have had no communication from them. Their adverts are still all over the internet; they should be taken down.

I don’t even want to give them one star! I ordered my heater on the 5th January 2026 and still waiting for delivery. Had to purchase a small heater from somewhere else, because I needed this extra warmth, (in my 80’s), asked for a refund and was refused!

Offenbar wurde die Ware schon mehrmals verschickt.
2 von den Wellheatern sind defekt.
Das Innenleben ist zerbrochen.
Nun Kämpfe ich um mein Geld.
Niemand ist dafür zuständig.
Das ganze Geld immerhin über 60 Euro ist nun herausgeschmissen

Leider habe ich mehrere Geräte bestellt, das ist aber reiner Betrug. Die Geräte haben gar keine Heizleistung, selbst wenn man 2 Geräte in einem Raum benutzt, wird der Raum nicht warm. Siwas sollte von der Verbraucherzentrale verboten werden.

ich habe den Wellheater, der eigentlich Handyheater heißt??? gestern erhalten,
Ich lese gerade, dass er 120 V Netzspannung benötigt.
Sie, der Lieferant, sollten wissen, dass wir hier in Deutschland eine Netzspannung von 230 V haben.
Wie bitte sehr soll ich dies Gerät anschließen ???

CONTINUED PROBLEMS!!!
So, continued problem: I sent the products back to the return address on the shipping label because every time I asked for a return address, I got an offer to lower the cost of the products if I kept them. Well, I got a message that the products (package) was refused and returned. GUESS WHAT?????!!!!! NOT RETURNED TO ME!! THEY KEPT THE PACKAGE!! I wrote to the email that was given to me in my last review (Wellness Heater replied), and the email was UNDELIVERABLE!!!
LET ME MAKE MYSELF REALLY CLEAR....I WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTION!! £232.00 taken from my account without approval is UNACCEPTABLE!!

Don’t be fooled by this scam 🤬
I am devastated that I never looked at trust pilot reviews before ordering this .I like many others only wanted one and was charged for 2 ,within minutes I noticed this on the invoice and immediately emailed them ,saying I only wanted one and could they refund my money ,they messaged straight away saying it was too late the order had already been dispatched …. This was weeks ago and I’ve received nothing .I am living on a state pension and money is very tight .so I am very upset about this.
