Scam

My order with this organisation was picked up by my bank fraud department and the payment was declined by them. Having checked reviews, I think I dodged a bullet.
They also tried to take the payment for my order twice!
I've had to block my credit card

Big scammers

Big scammers. -Scum. Ordered heater. Misleading sellers. Invoice arrived with extra items on (5 heaters!, 3 warranties and delivery charges). None of these had been advised of.
Immediately contacted them to cancel within 10 minutes of ordering but response said already quality checked and dispatched which is clearly lies.
Paid through PayPal so contacted them, filling forms in on line but first port of call is they send your info to the seller. Id attached screenshots of undeliverable email saying one of their email addresses did not exist, plus screenshot saying our internet blocked their site link (provided by PayPal!) plus screen shots of Trust pilot reviews. Email response from seller regarding Paypal case raised says already dispatched and to return to them after receiving them. From the other reviews here looks like it will be at our cost and refund wont be isdued. Going to raise dispute now via PayPal due to misselling, failure to follow their own policies and as after reading the reviews i don’t went their junk. I will follow the dispute process and timescales via PayPal and if not successful will request a chargeback from my bank as it seems from some other reviews that other people have had success with this. I have also reported all emails from them to the UK government phishing email address, hoping that they can influence getting the site taken down.

Finger weg, unseriös

Habe über den Support zwei Stunden nach Bestellung storniert.
Zwei Tage später kam diese Mail:

Zustellung nicht abgeschlossen
Bei der Zustellung Ihrer Nachricht an unseren support ist ein vorübergehendes Problem aufgetreten. Gmail hat noch weitere 46 Stunden versucht, die Nachricht einzustellen. Ihnen wird mitgeteilt, dass die Zustellung dauerhaft fehlschlägt.
Die Antwort vom Remoteserver lautet:
452 4.2.2 Der Benutzer, den Sie kontaktieren möchten, empfängt E-Mails zu schnell. Bitte senden Sie Ihre Nachricht zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt erneut. Wenn der Benutzer dann E-Mails empfangen kann, wird Ihre Nachricht zugestellt. – ImprovMX v2026.01.07

Sieht alles sehr nach Fakeshop aus.

Abzocke in Reinform

Abzocke! Mein Sohn hat da dummerweise bestellt und als ich gerade mal 1 Stunde später die Besetllung stornieren wollte war sie angeblich schon zum Versand bereit und nicht mehr stornierbar.
Absolut automatisiertes System mit bots
Die 30 Tage zurück Garantie werde ich versuchen zu ziehen, aber aufgrund der anderen Bewertungen hier mache ich mir keine großen Hoffnungen.
FINGER WEG!
Dass die in DEutschland überhaupt noch WErrbung machen dürfen. Eindeutige Sache für den Verbraucherschutz

I bought a unit from this company and then accidentally clicked a pop-up which automatically charged my card for a 2nd unit that I did not want.

When trying to cancel the order, they said that the unit had already been dispatched from the warehouse despite my despatch email coming in after my request to cancel the order.

I have been trying to get a refund since and they have told me to fill out a survey which I have done and they still have not responded with a return address (for when I receive the product) nor have they actioned a refund.

This is a terrible customer experience and feels like a complete scam, even before receiving the product.

DO NOT BUY.

Indignation

Unfortunately, I fell victim to a scam from wellheater, and lost 107 pounds after purchasing two heaters. I acknowledge that I should have researched the reviews more carefully before making the purchase. However, it is deeply concerning that there is still a lack of effective government oversight to prevent this type of fraud against consumers.

Moreover, Truspilot should exercise greater responsibility, as it allows the names of companies to be used to forge misleading information freely, with no apparent action taken.

I am extremely frustrated by these practices, which continue to occur with impunity and cause harm to consumers. I sincerely hope that these actions will be addressed by the appropriate authorities and that justice will be served.

I can confirm it is a scam

I can confirm it is a scam. I tried to cancel the order (double, and I ordered only one heater) 5 minutes after ordering and they said it was impossible. Their policy though says that a customer has 12 hrs to cancel unless the order was dispatched. In 5 minutes, I am sure it was not dispatched. So they are breaching their own policy. Email responses are irrelevant to questions, they just repeat the same stuff, so obviously AI generated. 24/7 chat does not work, again, it's just a form you send to the same email and get nonsense back. I have sent 10 emails and called 5 times asking for return instructions and got nothing back, just promises (on the phone only) they will be sent but they never are. The worst is that they encourage everybody here to email them but then they do not answer questions and you keep getting totally irrelevant automated messages. And now I called again and requested return instructions while we are on the phone so that I can see I got them and the agent hung up! I raised a claim with PayPal and also initiated payment withdrawal with my bank. Frustrating and I wish they were put out of business.

P.S. I just did what they suggested below asking for return instructions using the below email and got a generic response that they are sorry and that I should take a survey and reach out to them and they will take me through the whole process. Really? This is unbelievable.

No different from a £12 fan heater

No different from a £12 fan heater. wattage is a bit less but it's the same a one bar electric heater. NOT cheap to run.

I am at a loss for words! I'm afraid this is gonna burn up my daughter's apartment.It was a Christmas gift and they will not honor any sort of return. Truly they do not care about the customer! All retailers/businesses who care about service have extended their return time after Christmas is just common sense! Can anybody give me some advice where to go forward with this. The support staff was not even listening to my concern. The box was crunched at one end! My best to speak to leadership and will go from there. It's truly disappointing as customers money is so valuable these days. More than ever! To me, it appears that they're suggesting i'm a liar!

I have been waiting an undue amount of time for my items to be delivered still nothing and they said to get my money back I'll have to wait for the items to be delivered then send them back I don't hold out much hope of the quality of these items they will be cheap Chinese knock offs and not up to European standards I would advise people to look elsewhere and make sure you do your research as I failed to do on this occasion

caught in a scam?

I ordered heater and then tried to cancel the order 2 hours later but couldn't. With great difficulty tried to get a return address. Sent heater back and over a month later have had no refund of the money (with many attempts at trying) and don't suppose I will now

Took 18 days to arrive and it is not as effective a heater as advertised, I would NOT recommend and I will NOT be buying anymore of these products
