However that does not help me return this ridiculous product that I paid twice the advertised price for. Advertised as $49 and they debited $91 from my account. I am waiting to hear from someone about return/ cost/ address. Don’t go near this advert. Total scam

Staff helpful, item received in inadequate packaging, looked like box beaten up - squished and heater did not heat room. We had concerns about longevity of international plug into heater over time, especially weight of heater pulling down on it with ongoing heat and remote seemed very flimsy. There was no mention of it being in US dollars that we could see at time of purchase.

Zero stars if I could give them!
Absolute scam tactics. What should have been an $80 purchase somehow blew out to almost $300 because extra items, warranties, pills and heating pads were added during checkout without any clear confirmation or opportunity to properly review or amend the cart. Completely deceptive.

Within 5 minutes of placing the order, I contacted the company requesting an immediate refund, only to be told it was “too late” because the product had already shipped — which was clearly untrue given the timeframe.

Funny how quickly their attitude changed once I referenced Australian Consumer Law and fair trading obligations regarding misleading and deceptive conduct. Suddenly I received apologies and promise of a full refund.

Call me cautious, but I also contacted PayPal straight away, explained the entire situation, and they reversed the charges for a full refund almost immediately.

Please be extremely wary dealing with this company!

Please don't make the mistake I did... I bought two, they're useless, it's a rip-off. I gave them away. I don't recommend them to anyone. Don't be stupid, you'll waste your money and regret it.

The heater falls out of the wall, so I don’t know how it can heat and do all the wonderful money savings things they say.. DONT PURCHASE TOTAL SCAM

After a glitch occurred during the selection process, the internet froze, next minute, I'm billed for a transaction I didn't commit to.
The items have arrived.
I've tested one of the six wellheaters.
It does not serve my purpose for heating, so I'm sending the whole order back to you.

To fastrack this process, please advise how I do that. Thanks.

Emails are replied to promptly. However I found your advertising is misleading. I was unaware the product was in USD not CAD when ordering. Electrical products need to be CSA approved in Canada.
Update: After multiple emails requesting return address, I was offered , 25% refund, then 45% then became so frustrated agreed to a 70% refund. Obviously they were not going to provide the return address. I was told to keep the products ( 3 heaters). Return is still pending on my charge card. When opening the heaters ( as planned on returning in original packaging) the plug-in was for Europe so unable to use, yet they shipped to Canada. Adaptors don’t work as heater is too heavy with attachment. Very minimal heat, they will go to the recycling depot. My advice do not deal with this company.
