Phenomenal company would highly recommend

This company did an amazing job from the very beginning. The paperwork process was very in depth and extremely easy to follow which made it easier to navigate, which allows you to tell them everything that is going on. The test my child had to do was very straight forward and didn’t cause any stress etc. The communication regarding wait times for an appointment were on point. If anything changed they would always let you know. The appointment wait time wasn’t very long at all. To which came very quickly and all appointments where given within a good time frame of each other.
When speaking with the doctors themselves as a parent I felt extremely comfortable. It didn’t matter if I kept jumping from one time frame to another then going back they were extremely understanding. They listened and acknowledged everything I had to say. With regards to my child they were amazing. Very patient understanding had a lot of empathy. When diagnosis was given there wasn’t a question to small or big that I asked they answered them all with again with patience if something wasn’t understood. They provided a lot of aftercare help with leaflets online courses and guidance around what I could look up on and engage with.
The overall experience was amazing. I wouldn’t without a shadow of a doubt recommend this company to anyone. The ease that made this whole process was phenomenal. Within a week I had the diagnosis reports so I could then use them where I needed to. It was a pleasure to work alongside these people.

No communication for 4 months

We were referred to here to have my son assessed for ASC back in February 2026, we completed the initial forms but have had zero communication from Held Health other than the initial email asking for the forms to be completed.
I’ve tried calling but the phone number just plays a recorded message with no option to leave a message or be put through to someone.
I’ve completed the contact us form via the website twice and had the acknowledgement email but no actual follow up response.
So now we are just stuck in limbo, unsure what to do or where to go.

Very patient

Very patient, understanding with my son when he had is Autism Assessment he has Adhd and he was really struggling to stay still and answering any questions. Ther was no pressure and we manage to finish the assessment anyway.

I cannot fault Held Health throughout the assessment process. Communication once the dates for assessment were issued was faultless. All staff we met were lovely and put you at your ease.
