We accessed Paloma health through right to choose.
I was very impressed with the service overall. Our clinician Dov was simply excellent.
Our report post assessment was very detailed, including further assessment recommendations and relevant support strategies both school and myself as her parent can utilise.
I am planning to use Paloma health again and I would highly recommend

Fantastic service. Everyone we went through on this process was polite understanding and really listened. The report was extremely detailed and advise to help both parents and school. My sons assessment was face to face something I was worried about as he hates strangers but she made him feel so comfortable and didn't push him out of his comfort zone. So very greatful for the time they put into making sure the right decision was made.

The two clinicians we dealt with were professional and caring. Quick feedback from our assessment.
I would be very happy to use them again and would definitely recommend them.

Bad communication
Cancelled my child appointment within very short notice after accepting the referral 2 weeks ago, not care about travel arrangements as we live 5 hours from the location.
Provided very vague reason to decline the referral

We chose Paloma despite their location being a tad further afield because the wait times were substantially shorter than other Right to Choose providers that were closer.

The staff were very thorough, knowledgeable and helpful. Communication updates were provided to ensure we didn't feel forgotten about while we were on the wait list and once the ball was rolling it was all very easy to organise.

I only dropped one star because our final report date and appointment were pushed back by a week, and while I appreciated their thorough approach to their work, which is what required them pushing it back, it was a little frustrating that the push back was only communicated on the day we were supposed to get the final report. If we had been given more notice I'd have been less bothered. Unfortunately, expecting an email with a report and receiving one to say it would be another week before the report would be provided caused us some anxiety and was frustrating especially as I had organised time off with work for the virtual appointment and had to reschedule that, which is a little difficult in my line of work as a teacher.

My overall experience with Paloma Health has been absolutely amazing! The staff are supportive, caring and genuinely take the time to listen and understand.
We have been fighting for an ASD assessment for my son and daughter for years! To be told they didn't fit the bill (high maskers) We have now used Paloma for both of our children, and I honestly cannot fault the service at all.
The care and time they put into each assessment really stand out. It never felt like a tick-box exercise; instead, both of my children were treated as individuals, with their own needs and personalities taken into consideration.
Both children had face-to-face assessments and were made to feel comfortable, reassured and supported throughout. As a parent, that means everything to me.
I cannot praise Paloma Health enough. After years of trying to navigate NHS pathways, finally feeling listened to and getting answers has lifted such a huge weight off our shoulders.
I only wish I had found Paloma years ago! I am so grateful for the service they have provided to our family and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone going through a similar journey. ❤️

We went through Paloma Health for an Autism assessment. Even though the outcome was that our son doesn’t have Autism, we found the process and final report really helpful. Alexandra Woods went through all the findings throughly with us which still helped us with our son’s needs. We can now put the findings into place with the school and at home.

I have been through the RTC, ASD and ADHD remote pathways separately for each of my children, and the experience throughout both, for all of us, was very good. Excellent clinicians, kind, warm, patient and understanding.

Some of the negative reviews seem to be around parent's frustration when outcomes aren't as you expect. My one child came back no diagnosis, but Paloma Health can only work with the information provided. Our school decided to provide feedback from someone who wasn't best placed to advise, but that's for us to go back and ask someone who knows my child better to resubmit... Paloma were very helpful in talking through it all and how best to proceed if we choose to. Would definitely recommend.

The process took 2.5 months from initial gp referral to final outcome. Our dedicated nurse was professional, empathetic, helpful and clear about the next steps. I would recommend this service to others seeking an ADHD assessment for their child

The staff are kind and caring and keep you informed every step of the way. The process is in-depth and held over zoom which is great for my daughter to have it at home in her safe space. I would definitely recommend Paloma.

Very pleased with the service, this is the second time we have used Paloma health and found them to be a very efficiant service.
Everything is explained in a teams meeting before hand and questions can be asked.
My son was made to feel at ease during the assesment and we found the report to be accurate, detailed and offered helpful advice for us going forward to support my son in the best way.

I don’t have anything negative to say about Paloma Health. After years of setbacks trying to get my daughter assessed for autism i decided to chose Paloma Health as i read positive reviews. The communication was excellent, clinical team were friendly and very knowledgeable. From GP referral to diagnosis was within 6 weeks for a remote assessment. I highly recommend this company. We have been thoroughly impressed with Paloma from start to finish. The efficiency of the whole process was remarkable; from completing the onboarding questionnaire right through to the final outcome meeting, everything was arranged promptly and handled smoothly.
The clinicians we dealt with online were exceptional. Lisa made our daughter feel completely at ease during her assessment, which made a huge difference. Equally, speaking with Hayley during the parent interview and outcome meeting was effortless. Both clinicians were exceptionally thorough, ensuring every detail was explored before reaching their conclusions.
Hayley’s guidance and advice moving forward during the outcome meeting were invaluable to us. We could not have asked for a more professional, supportive, and seamless experience. Highly recommended!

I am very surprised at how quick this was after waiting iver 2 years the normal route. Everything was explained so well and access to support services provided and I will continue to have access to these. The staff were very friendly and supportive during the assessment right up to the outcome call. I would recommend Paloma

My son was recently diagnosed with Combined ADHD by Paloma. They whole process was straight forward and the communication was great. The referral was sent on 9th June and he his remote appointment, report and feedback appointment all within 16 weeks of being referred. We had a couple of reschedule appointments (by them not us) but we were happy with the speed of the appointments, the thoroughness of the report and the helpfullness, professionalism of all the staff we encountered, especially the assessor. I would recommend Paloma.

Our experience with Paloma Health was incredible. The onboarding process was clear and straight forward and we were constantly kept in the loop about what the wait times were or if there was any change or delay. The email communication and support was faultless and none of my questions were left unanswered. The assessment was a calm experience for my son who felt listened to and understood, as did I in my parent interview. We are grateful for the care we received from Paloma and would highly recommend them.

I cannot recommend Paloma Health enough. We had a child in crisis and within 9 weeks we had our diagnosis. Everything is online which was us was a life saver, there is no way our child would have been able to cope with travelling to an assessment in his current state of anxiety.
The staff were kind, caring, compassionate and entirely professional throughout the process. I would recommend to absolutely anyone needing to go through the neurodivergent assessment process.
