Paloma health have just completed my little girls assesment, within 12 weeks they had emailed with information which was easily done,followed by lots of useful information and the next steps, the appointments were booked and easily accessible.
The team were warm and friendly and non judgemental and they were incredibly good with communication, with warm friendly approaches.
They are an amazing team with autism assessments I would highly recommend them.

Paloma provide regular updates on the process, as well as webinars and information on their website to guide you through.
All staff that we had contact with were kind, friendly, knowledgeable and made us and our child feel comfortable.

We found that the pathway through Paloma Health was quick and we felt updated throughout. The staff were incredibly supportive and knowledgeable. Especially Amie and Laura. Amie was fantastic at supporting my daughter through her in person appointment which she found stressful and talking with Laura for my parent review felt calm and I didn’t feel rushed to answer the questions. I absolutely recommend Paloma Health.

The service provided by Paloma Health was fantastic in every part of the process. The webinars were incredibly helpful whilst we were awaiting our assessment. The wait time was accurate and we were kept updated of any changes to this. The portal to upload and review documents was simple to use. The staff were friendly and knowledgable. All of our questions were answered promptly. The face to face assessment went smoothly and my 5 year old, although anxious, was happy to engage with the kind and welcoming staff member. The report provided was explained well and was informative and truly reflected our reality and lived experiences. I would not hesitate to return to Paloma Health in the future should I require their services.

Cant recommend Paloma health enough, great communication throughout the process start to finish. Remote interviews were great the assesors were brilliant with my daughter so i felt then got open and honest answers from her. Review of the diagnosies was really helpful amd lots of information and help was signposted.

I think Paloma Health have somehow healed some of the hurt caused by the national waiting lists (we were approaching 4-5 years by the time we were seen). From initial contact at the start to 12 weeks later receiving the report I felt like we were informed and up to date with the information we needed to be ready and make the most of the assessment sessions. The clinicians were excellent, we received a wonderfully clear report. Should have done this 5 years ago.

We had an excellent experience with Paloma Health throughout our 10-year-old daughter’s autism assessment.

From the beginning, the process felt professional, well organised and supportive, but what really made the experience stand out was Hayley. She approached our assessment with such kindness, warmth and empathy that she immediately put us at ease during what felt like a very daunting and emotional process.

Hayley treated both our daughter and us with genuine compassion and understanding. She took the time to listen carefully, explained everything clearly, and created an environment where we felt heard, respected and never judged. Her calm and reassuring manner made an incredibly difficult process feel much less frightening.

Receiving an autism diagnosis can bring many emotions, and Hayley’s sensitivity and professionalism helped us feel supported every step of the way. We left feeling not only that we had received a thorough assessment, but that we had been genuinely cared for as a family.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. We used their Right to Choose autism pathway for my daughter and I wished we had had this available for my sons in the past.
Short wait times, reminders and updates so you don't feel forgotten, access to fantastic information, advice and webinars in their website, exceptionally talented and knowledgeable staff that managed to get all they needed out of my socially reluctant daughter with ease. We envountered empathetic, helpful, approachable professionals at both of our interviews and the feedback session and the final report was second to none! It was so thorough and has a vast amount of recommendations on it that will help my daughter, but also gave me the support and confidence I needed in convincing school to make reasonable adjustments for her, and making a further CamHs referral.
I cannot fault any part of the service and have already made recommendations to two other families whom I know where looking at the Right to Choose pathway.

I cannot recommend Paloma Health highly enough. From start to finish, the entire process was professional, compassionate, and incredibly thorough. My son's autism assessment was carried out virtually, and I was initially unsure whether an online assessment would be as effective as an in-person one. I needn't have worried.

The team were absolutely amazing. They made my son feel comfortable and took the time to understand him as an individual, while also listening carefully to our experiences as parents. They were patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring throughout.

The final report was outstanding—extremely detailed, comprehensive, and thoughtfully written. It clearly reflected the time and care that had gone into the assessment and has given us a much better understanding of my son's needs. It will also be invaluable in helping us access the support he requires.

I did the referral to paloma health as a friend had said she had used them for her son. So I looked into the right to choose and decided I would use paloma health too for an autism assessment for my daughter. I read the reviews about them and the fact their wait time wasn’t that long was even better as my daughter had been waiting just under 4 years to see a paediatrician. I was very impressed with their service and how they kept me informed every step of the way they were very thorough and took their time and wasn’t rushed in anyway shape or form. And they also recommended my daughter needs an adhd assessment so iv chosen to use paloma health for that too I can’t recommend paloma health enough they gave my daughter the answers she needed.

Highly recommend Paloma Health. Very short wait times. I couldn't believe how quick from the referral to the discharge how quick the process was.
Although the process was quick the communication with the staff during this time was never rushed. The staff was always calm, friendly, chatty and full of all information needed. My daughter said she loved speaking to her assessor and enjoyed being able to be herself.
There was regular emails to keep in touch during the short waiting to keep me updated we hadn't been forgotten and an appointment was waiting to be made.
