Subscribed for the full year of birth control and then it never shipped and they made me fill out another form and then disappeared.

This entire process was incredibly easy and convenient. Some essential medical questions and a quick consultation call with a nurse practitioner was all it took…not much different from an in person visit with your OBGYN. My birth control will be here next week! It’s comforting to have a resource like Favor during scary times for anyone with a uterus. I felt so supported by my nurse practitioner Amber and am beyond grateful for a resource I can trust.

Horrible company that does not listen to you. I wrote in my history that I’ve used to be on the pill that was great, I had no side effects and I felt great on it. Then my pharmacy switched me to a new pill that I’ve been feeling awful on and have been having bad migraines. Because of that, this company has been telling me I’m not a candidate for BC pills and tells me to reach out to my doctor. I’ve told them a bunch of times my doctor knows and they are fine with me being on bc pills. This company won’t listen to me and instead keeps telling me to call 911 or go to the ER because of “severe side effects” . I know I’m fine but if I didn’t know any better that would look bad you sending a freaked out girl there for nothing. Horrible company with horrible customer service.

I have pcos and I told them that I needed Bilsovi fe. The never said they did not carry it. They sent me an email stating my prescription was delivered. When I opened the box there were 8 boxes of female condoms and the morning pill, but no birth control pills They billed my insurance. I called twice and they said that this is what I had checked off when I ordered my pills. I did not. Im still fighting with them because they billed my insurance and I never received any birth control pills. This place is a scam.

I personally have probably saved over $200 in copays that I would have paid at in-person OBY/GYNS at this point. If I could give 0 as a rating I would. Pill club was phenomenal, I was with them for years. Favor, however, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. They fail to execute anything, consistently redirect you to others but no one reaches out. They billed my insurance but never sent out my birth control, now I’m out of my pack, I’m at my pharmacy and they will not cover it because Favor ALREADY BILLED THEM. They are absolutely ridiculous and extremely unprofessional.

As The Pill Club my experience last year was quick and easy. This year when my prescription needed to be renewed it has been anything BUT. I have allergies that require me to be specific about what I take and last year it was such a relief to get a whole year at once and not worry about refilling each month, changing brands and arguing with pharmacists about what I can and can't have.
They are so overwork/understaffed now at Favor that it takes sometimes 3 days in between text messages even if you respond right away. I wanted to know about different options without dyes, but needing to keep other inactive ingredients the same. You would have thought I asked about rocket science. I was bounced around between the nurse practitioner and pharmacist both copy/pasting bot like responses not acknowledging anything I said previously. It felt more like I was dealing with AT&T support than a medical team.
Finally after making a phone call to a pharmacist that passed it back to the medical team I was told I was all set for my original prescription and was being charged. Then 5 hours later I was told I was only getting 6 months worth because the expiration dates weren't good and my card statement is showing a pending charge for the entire amount. This experience has been AWFUL.

Andrea was super helpful and very kind! I asked her a lot of questions and she seemed more than happy to answer them for me. Getting birth control has always been a struggle for me and I’m so happy to have found Favor! The questionnaire was straightforward and I was able to get my prescription set up the very next day. And it was shipped right after that. I will be telling everyone I know about this :)

According to the website my prescription was supposed to be delivered on the 19th so when it wasn't, I called customer support only for them to tell me I had to renew my prescription. Thats fine, but the customer service representative gave me the wrong hours of operation. So on Monday I sat in the wait room for about 15 minutes before I decided to just schedule an appointment for the next day at 4:45. I waited for about half an hour before calling customer service. All they did was just send me the link to the wait room. So I waited for another 20 minutes, got through to a nurse, and then they disconnected me and sent me a text saying they were sorry they couldn't complete the call. They don't even respond when you text their chat line.

This company is a joke. I had no issues when they were pill club. But now that they are favor they are terrible. I had to renew my prescription at their request and they essentially said they couldn't "for safety reasons" I pressed them on what the safety reasons were because obviously if something is off why the heck would you not tell me? Instead they ghosted me. Ignored my requests for answers and didn't renew my prescription. I had been using this place for over 2+ years and now it's terrible. If anybody asks if they should use it I would say no. Go speak to actual professionals who care. Not some lazy company who ghosts you for "safety reasons".
Edit: after I left a terrible review they finally submitted a bs reason why they can't renew my prescription. They said it was due to high blood pressure. Which I've mentioned before and I was taking the POP mini pill which is for high blood pressure. Again never use this medical company. They are a joke and actually don't know medicine.

This was such a simple process. My nurse practitioner was very informative and honestly this experience is better than any of the times I’ve gone to my own obgyn office. I will absolutely be sticking with Favor for my birth control needs from now on.

Pill Club was great. Favor is not. Tried to renew my BC prescription (they made me because of the brand switch apparently) and they refused to give me the same meds I’ve used with no side effects for a year. They insist on giving me a POP brand which I can’t use because I skip periods. I have gone through multiple nurses who say they’ll fix it, been instructed to fill out the same questionnaire multiple times, and then they represcribe the same new POP. I don’t understand why they won’t give me the same pill they’ve been giving me for a year! Nobody listens, so I’m just cancelling.

The pill club was amazing. Great customer service and easy shipping, easy directions and easy to change any information. Then Favor took over and it literally just went downhill. I tried to push back my refill date because i don't pay with insurance and so i wanted to wait a week or so before receiving/paying for my fill, but unfortunately it was near impossible to find a way to do so and customer service texted me back a solution, only for me to find that option didn't even EXIST, and then texted me to tell me they would change it themselves, only to not actually do so. I cancelled my subscription, FAVOR is horrible.

I love that there is a delivery service for birth control. I also love that they offer skin care, sexual care (condoms, condom friendly lube, female condoms) and plan B. It's everything you need in one delivery service. The nurses contact you periodically to ensure everything is ok and the customer service can't be beat. And, the biggest, bestest part for me: they have texting and emailing available for those with hearing issues like me! You can reach help without phones. I honestly couldn't rave about them more. Give Favor a try. You won't be disappointed.

Had nothing but issues. Kept being told my insurance would cover it only to repeatedly get charged on my debit card. No one I spoke to knew what to say. Every other person would say my insurance would cover it and every other person would tell me it wouldn't. Insurance company said they covered it. Finally just got them to forward to prescription to my pharmacy. When they did that they put a refill expiration date that was sooner than I could get all the refills. Furious. Now I'm without any pills at all until I can find a doctor. Do not risk this place. All of the other online birth control options are better.

Not sure if they suck after the switch from the Pill Club or just that they sucked before and I didn't notice, but it's been a herculean task trying to get my insurance renewed so I can get pills. When I signed up a year ago or so it was super easy and people always got back to you. Now you can text, email, call, and expect to hear nothing for days. The website is hard to navigate - why not have a tab so people can easily update their prescription? Why should I have to text and wait 24 hours just to be told the exact URL? I loved how option 1 was leave a voicemail and it just hung up on me??

I'm a busy person so when I found I could get my birth control delivered automatically to my door and not have to go through the doctor I was so excited and relieved. I signed up for an every three month subscription. My first order came no problem. Then when it was time to refill I never received anything. I gave it some time but then I checked my online account and all it says is that my order is being prepared. It's been like that almost two weeks. Guess I'll go find one that actually works. Don't bother.

I loved the Pill Club and used it for years. Suddenly with the switch to Favor, they’re terrible and incapable. I use one specific brand of birth control that I like and I have always received that without a problem. This week they spontaneously sent me a different one without notifying me. I messaged them to correct the problem, as I am uncomfortable using off brand due to a medical issue in the past, and they randomly canceled my membership. I contacted them as to why my account was canceled and was told (days later) that I have to receive a prescription through a doctor because of my past medical issue (even though this brand is the one I have been prescribed by my doctor and have been using for years through the Pill Club). I never received an explanation as to why they switched me to a different brand in the first place, which was the actual issue. Terrible customer service; what a hassle.

Pill Club was amazing. I have been on the same prescription for years. I recently moved and logged in to change my address only to find that my subscription was cancelled with no notification. Even better, they now will not prescribe again without an in person consult since I had side effects with depo 5 years ago. I can’t afford another doctor visit right now and will definitely not be using heyfavor in the future.
