At the beginning I loved it. Then a couple months ago I started receiving propaganda/biased merch. A sticker that looked like an ice cream cone to me, put it on my water bottle then a week later I realized nono, that is not an ice cream cone. It was a sticker of a vibrator with, to put it lightly, semen on it. It was a beautiful art style, but come on seriously? Some of us don't wanna display sex toys on our water bottles. That's what drew the line for me. But last month I got a poster that says "abortion is healthcare". 1: that's leftist propaganda, 2: not all of us who take birth control are democrats. Ot would be nice if it was how it was at the beginning: non political and cheesy funny stickers "life is Gourd" . I take it to lighten my period and make it less painful. I mean honestly it was very convenient and they have decent customer service, but I can't deal with getting propaganda and vulgar stickers. I'm sorry, nothing against the artists it's just not my taste.

Amazing experience so far!!! This company made it SUPER easy for me to get my birth control. The first package I got it literally made my day with the little extra goodies in there. Also I contacted customer service to switch my prescription out of preference and it was very simple.

I can get birth control by other means but since I could do it via text message, I thought why not? Also, they had advertised about also sending morning after pills with the prescription and I decided to give them a try. What a disappointment. It takes forever for someone to review your profile and send a prescription. When they do send a prescription, they will prescribe whatever they supply, not what’s better for you. I explain: they prescribed me a ring that costs 4 thousand dollars. Insurance does not cover it. They wanted me to use the pill, well, I told them I did not want the pill to begin with. So I told them Nuva ring, their answer is that they don’t carry it so I had to call my pharmacy and ask for them to send a prescription transfer - so the hole reason I joined them, which is to have less work for me to do, just fell apart. I know that they can easily write and electronically fax a prescription to a different pharmacy but they want me to spend 30 minutes on hold and do the work for them because they pushed for a prescription that most insurances don’t cover. I do not recommend them. I don’t think that providers should prescribe what they sell.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I've messaged them multiple times and I've emailed and I get no response. It has taken two weeks for them to process my insurance. They finally texted me with the birth control they think is best for me just for them to tell me that my insurance is expired. IT'S NOT EXPIRED. I have called the insurance number to make sure and my insurance is active. Do not waste your time. You are better off getting birth control elsewhere.

Ever since they rebranded to Favor, they absolutely suck now. They randomly ended my prescription and I’m trying to get a new one. They rarely reply to my messages and constantly ignore me. It’s been over a month since Ive requested birth control. Really disappointed. I will now look elsewhere for my birth control. Their customer service is horrible.

I’ve made a review for this company before but the results of their care have continued to hurt my life and I’m sure others lives. This company is so far from convenient. I’ve finally ended my prescription after several months of my birth control not showing up. My primary care doctor had to call in my medication every month because favor would just randomly end my subscription without my knowledge then when I had no pills left and was then off the pill for a week at a time they would finally ship it. Ridiculous. Truly the worst company don’t waste your time with them.

Horrible company since it rebranded! I misread a question to renew my birth control that I’ve been taking for over two years with Pill Club with no issue and FAVOR told me that “unfortunately they cannot prescribe it to me”. I contacted customer service and explained it was a typing error and they said they cannot revise it. The company claims to fight for women’s rights (ROE vs Wade) but that is obviously a lie by denying birth control due to a typing error!

HeyFavor is the worst company ever. Ever since rebranding themselves the costumer service and accessibility that made the pill club great and convenient became nonexistent. You cannot have access to your shipments because they change dates for months until you reach out trying to get your prescription refills. They do not respond to messages. There has been delays with all my refills ever since the change. It is extremely stressful to depend and rely on them to send your pills and not receive them. You have to face waiting to long going off the pill experience symptoms because they were unable to do the one thing they were supposed to do which is ship your treatment. It’s ridiculous. COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE. Save yourself the emotional stress and just get your prescription at your closest pharmacy. I truly miss the pill club and whoever was running that company knew how to care for clients in a promptly matter understanding the importance of accessibility and convenience. If they were as quick to respond to text messages regarding your prescription as they are to reply to these reviews they would probably have a higher rating.

All of the other places were charging me extra for a chat with a physician and I just couldn’t afford it. I’ve been on this same birth control for almost ten years now with no bad effects. They sent it to me very quickly and even offered to work with my insurance. I personally did not have any issues with the site or customer service at all. If anything I had a pleasant experience and got a cool lil poster about abortion rights and a car sticker. Just glad to finally have the right meds. I tried ordering from another service and they didn’t have my brand and just sent me something else which I really did not appreciate.

Just like all of the other reviews here, I loved Pill Club and had no problems at all. I would rate it five stars plus. After rebranding to Favor, it's down to a zero star rating if I could. The so called "customer service" text line takes days to respond, which is not great when it comes to matters of your health. In addition to the delay in response time, my pills would never ship. I had to reach out three months in a row asking why my pack of pills hadn't shipped after I was told they'd automatically ship. I just received excuses from Favor in response. I had side effects from being off the pill for days due to my pack of pills not shipping until I reached out. When I firmly asked what would be done the following month to remediate this issue I received no response. Terrible company. Terrible customer service. Terrible lack of responsibility. They do the complete opposite of caring for customers' health and needs.

They have become terrible since rebranding to favor. My insurance card expired so I uploaded my new one to continue receiving my birth control. It tells me they can’t prescribe it to me. I use the text line to get in touch with them no answer. I call no answer. Email no answer. I need my birth control but I can’t get it and there is no help. Please do yourself a favor and find a different company to use.

The Pill Club was great. I used the service for over 3 years and never really had any trouble.
After the rebrand to Favor, the customer service and quality has gone way downhill. I reached out and didn’t hear back for 3 days. I called and got through to a representative after 5 minutes. Later that day, they finally responded back to my initial help request, and didn’t listen at all.
Seek out a different company, because these people don’t care about anything other than money. Taking yours, and saving a buck of theirs.

To start off they made it easy to input all your info and get on a call with the medical team. OH IM SORRY not a call, a video conference as their medical team doesn’t have phones. -_- They recommended something that caused horrible side effects and when going in to change it they make it INCREDIBLY difficult to get in touch with the medical team. It’s been FIVE DAYS now with no real response from the medical team which btw is all through text. They will not allow me to video conference again since I already did that to start up with them, makes no sense at all when I need a new script!! Every time I call to check in and get an update as to where I am in their log of who to get to next I get the same unhelpful generic response that I am sure you will see posted in response to this comment.
And if they tell you they “marked your file urgent” IT MEANS NOTHING! They did that for me day one and I’m still waiting to get just a script for a new Birth control that actually works.
Save yourself the headache! The people who work there are nice but they don’t work for a great company. All they can do is give you the same answer every time and profusely apologized for not being able to actually help with anything!!

Used them when it was The Pill Club. Went to try and get more birth control again and they said I needed to fill out a questionnaire. It asked what my medical history WAS. I had a heart condition in 1999 but had surgery and have no had a condition since 1999. When I clicked a heart condition, a pop up came up and said “please verify that you have a heart condition”. I exited out because it was basically saying to confirm I still had one; so I thought maybe I misread the question. Nope, I read it again and it says what is your medical history. And to check off anything I’ve had in the past, so I click the heart condition again. And I thought it was odd but thought maybe it was a glitch on their end or I could explain in a box somewhere how I have not had this issue since 1999. Plus I’ve gotten birth control from them in the past. Then they say they can’t send me anything at all because of my medical history!! I tried texting them about this and get generic responses. So I email them and no help. They tell me they can’t override what the medical team has reviewed. I told them none of this makes any sense. Why would you ask for someone’s medical past and not verify if this person still has this condition or give them an opportunity to explain that they have had surgery for it. And if this was an issue, why did you guys give me birth control before? I’m 34 and I’ve been on birth control since I was 16. This company sucks. And now I’ll just be going to their competitor. Thanks for nothing, “Favor”.

Before the name change, I completely loved this service. I still do, but I wish they would go back to the old goodies they used to have such as small pieces of chocolate, lube, etc..

I had a great experience when this company was "The Pill Club." It all went downhill after the transition to Favor. My prescription expired without notice in February. In May, I was finally notified that I needed to fill out a new health questionnaire to update the prescription. After filling out the questionnaire, I received no updates for more than 2 weeks. Finally, I received a new message saying it was the wrong questionnaire and I needed to fill out a new one. I filled it out right away. It has now been 3 weeks since filling out the second questionnaire, and there still have been no updates. I have repeatedly reached out and only receive generic responses saying my questionnaire will be sent to their health team.

Edit: favor, this is not “rare” that shipments are late. Please read your other reviews.
Shipments have been continuously late and still waiting for an email back to hear if next shipment will be sent on time. The idea is great but execution is terrible. I have not received the past few shipments until I am out of pills and contact them to see when they will be sent. Totally defeats the purpose of this. Currently looking for other providers. I was hoping after they switched to "favor" it would improve but so far it hasn't.

Everything was fine for a year, then they changed their name, website and now their service! My birth control pills were due to be delivered on May 20, now I'm out! They have not shipped anything! WHY even have this company IF you aren't even going to do what you promise to do? Favor? It's not a favor, it's a JOB! You offer a service, and you don't complete it even after you got paid from the insurance company that's called Fraud! Going to the State Attorney General with this one because I see plenty of reviews of the same merit and you guys had better get back to business or that's it!

Were totally fine for a whole year but when it came to reupping my prescription, they hardly notified me to the point I didnt even know it was time to do so, so I ended up without birth control and getting my period back (extremely painful). Then despite my health not changing since last year, they were not allowed to prescribe my old medication to me. Absolutely ridiculous. Very
unprofessional since they didnt even tell me they were changing their name. I wouldnt recommend overall.
