HFE have been incredible! I have used them for 3 courses, all Pilates and they have been supportive and the coursework is very informative. It really helps you gain the necessary knowledge to go and teach. The practical sessions and training days were super useful, and after my course I felt confident to teach.

I would highly recommend HFE. They make everything super easy and understandable. The website is easy to use and navigate. Staff are very polite and professional. Special mention to my tutor Eleana who was very helpful throughout.

Thank you HFE, will definitely use you again for future qualifications.

My experience with HFE was really positive. I had previously completed my level 2 gym instructing and wanted to pursue my level 3 award in health and fitness. The balance between the theory side which was to be done independently with the help of a tutor and the practical workshops were well organised, helpful and educational. I felt that I had support all the way through the course and would highly recommend doing the courses with HFE.

Highly recommend!! I had an amazing experience using HFE to complete my level 3 mat pilates course. My coaches and instructors were incredible and massively supported me throughout my journey. A special mention to Eleana who helped push through my plan and always made me feel reassured and supported.

Although there were times when I found the experience of training for my level 3 in mat pilates quite overwhelming, the coaching and teaching was really good!
Gosia and Dawn were energetic , patient & encouraging and helped to make us all feel more confident and informed.

I only wish we’d had Clare and Heidi for the full four days of our workshop. We met them for the final two days, and their energy and support made such a difference. They immediately put everyone at ease and provided clear, valuable guidance that really helped us feel prepared for the practical exam. They truly deserve recognition, and I’m so grateful to have met them both.

I absolutely loved Dawn and Goscia and the course so so fun, they were so encouraging and friendly.

Dawn Rafferty has been an amazing tutor. She has taught level 3 may Pilates really well. She is very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

Dawn was a joy. So knowledgeable, so good at giving the necessary information but also the depth of her knowledge. Gosia gave such fabulous advice about how to take our teaching forwards with some great tips. Very full on, but high quality training.

Dawn has been a fantastic teacher, really knowledgeable and informative but also made it interesting and fun. Having the support of the tutor at the end of the phone has been really helpful to know I can call anytime. Training material was very thorough and useful.

I loved this course from start to finish. Doing a PT Course later in life, I was keen to have good support and both Sarah and Tom were fantastic throughout. The video sessions supported by the workbooks provide a really comprehensive pack which can be studied in your own time (helpful as I work for the NHS!!) Would definitely recommend the course.

Amazing support from the tutors and just an overall amazing experience. Will definitely come back here to do another course. :)

The on-line Level 2 Gym Instructor is quite demanding in its scope, and the detail with which you are assessed. I'll be honest, I dropped the ball for a while. It's exactly how companies perform when you do, that counts, and they came through. Gregg got me back on track, and went beyond my expectations. I felt, I was really mentored, not just supported. The thinking was always lets go for the best, not the average, and we will get there together. Many companies spin the 'positive thinking: positive outcomes' mantra- but you get a 'person' in the end, not a mantra. It's the people that matter, and they have to believe it. They did, and I walked away with the qualification. Thanks Gregg, thanks HFE!

HFE made it very easy and clearly instructed so I could work away at the qualification myself. The tutors were also a great help and available when needed. Sarah Cole was a great and responsive tutor and Tom was my tutor upon completing the course, he made the final VIVA talk feel very seamless and friendly which made the whole process far less stressful.

I’ve just qualified in my level 3 mat and reformer Pilates course and it’s been amazing. The knowledge and materials are unbelievable and next to none. A massive shout out to Dawn Rafferty who taught my mat sessions, her knowledge is unmatched. My support tutor Dani Sharrock, who provided countless responses to my many questions and helping me understand better when I needed it and Sharon who taught my reformer practical. I’d recommend HFE any day!

The course was very informative. I feel I have gained lots of valuable information. I hope to be able to use this knowledge to support the women referred to our service.

HFE is really a great institution, I recently completed the level 3 PT course and came away with far more than I expected. The content was engaging, practical, and thoughtfully organized from start to finish., I got the most amazing learner support especially my tutor Eleana.thank you everyone at HFE.
