I have recently started using Hills Lettings. So far they have been excellent. I really appreciate that Simon always answers my questions promptly, no matter how many questions and emails that i send him! Plus they have really worked hard to rent my property out and they have found me some good tenants. Their fees are reasonable and they have advised me on what documents i have needed, as I am new to this area.

Simon and his team from the start were very helpful in setting up our first rental property. He gave us practical unbiased advice for the things we needed to be aware of and the compliance of things we needed to do to rent out our property. They matched us with very good tenants and during the course of the tenancy so far, they have contacted us immediately when our tenants needed some items addressed in the property.
