I have been with Hills Lettings since September and I will say I have been very satisfied with their service and in particular with Simon who has been quick to respond to any questions I have or information I may need.
So I have no hesitation in recommending their service to any prospective Landlord.

Simon approached me re letting a property a few months ago. We kept in touch and he provided a very efficient service at a competitive price.
He has found us some super tenants and was quick at responding to emails.
The inventory service was also excellent.

He has answered my very many queries without showing any signs of fatigue and has given me some great advice to make the switch to Hills as painless as possible. Simon has been very responsible and articulate in the process of letting out our property without void. I highly recommend them to landlords and tenants. In have dealt with several agencies for the past 12 years and I have to say, unlike all the other agencies, Hills acts quickly and most importantly, they follow up to ensure any issues are resolved promptly, which in return keeps tenants happy and the properties well looked after preventing further damage.
