Great people to deal with. Very courteous and professional staff. Vehicle was delivered on the date promised and with even lower milleage than expected. Wish I found out about Hirebrid earlier. Definitely would recommend them.

Been with hirebrid since early 2018. Never had any problems with them. They’ve always been happy to help and are just a phone call away. No hidden charges at all and offer a range of options to suit an individuals needs.

The best company for car rental i ever come across ,very friendly staff and very efficient service,i honestly recommend this to all PCO drivers.

I had spent alot of time looking around for PCO hire, but when I came across HIRRBRID, I knew they were the one. The whole process was easy from the word go. I had a brand new car the very next day and have been loving it ever since. I have been with them now for 1 year and I always recommend them when anyone ask about PCO hire.

I’m a hirebrid customer for a year and half now!!!
The customer service could be a lot better!!!
I had an issue with my car in Toyota saint Albans!
And I’ve expected more support from hirebrid!but it’s didn’t happen!!!
They told me to deal with Toyota my self! Even if I was sent from hirebrid to that specific Toyota and the car still on hirebrid name!!!
I hope my review will get the company to improve more on their customer service!!!!

I rent a car for work from HireBrid, they're always getting back to me on a timely fashion whenever I have any queries and have incredible customer service. I couldn't be happier with the experience I have with them and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to rent a car!

I needed to rent a PCO ready car urgently and was let down by another company. When I found out about Hirebrid and contacted them the service, professionalism, advice and help I received has been honest straight forward and second to none. I'm renting a great car at a reasonable price they've always been available to help with issues when they've arisen I've been working for the last 11 months and have had the same car throughout I have no complaints. I highly recommended Hirebrid.

Friendly and caring staff. Very helpful. I am satisfied with them and will recommwnd them.

I take back what I said previously when I labelled them ''useless'' because I was frustrated and upset that they couldn't help me when I really needed them. They didn't answer the phone after multiple attempts and also didn't respond to my email either, but they were quick to respond to my review.

My first impression of Hirebrid was not positive, I'll say that at least. I will give them another shot in future because I believe in second chances, however, I connect recommend them.

Overall I am sure they're a good company and provide a great service but on the day, at that point in time, when I needed them, they failed me and was not able to deliver the service they promote.

I just want to say a big thank you from my hearth to Ahmad and Mohammad is such a nice guys and help me out to understand the deal and make it so easy and simple and you won’t believe it in one day I was on the road and start making money thank you once again god bless both of you

I started renting cars from them in 2016, and in march this year I took a car on the rent2buy scheme. In all this time, of course there were a few moments when I was unhappy by a thing or another, but EVERYTIME there was someone there ready to help, especially MJ, that always found a solution for any issue. In 2016, when I started driving as a private hire driver, I got to Hirebrid randomly, but now when I look back I realise I was lucky I didn't go to another company, as I'm sure I wouldn't have found a better service. Many thanks to you guys and especially to MJ! Keep doing what you're doing because you're doing a great job!

Hi the worst company to do business with. I had really bad experience with them. Returned my car 2 weeks ago and today they paid me back only half of the deposit. Without any explanation.
Really unhelpful staff. Unprofessional and rude.
I would not recommend them to anyone be carefull

Hirebrid is best company for car hire. Very reliable and flexible. Car is nice. I will go again to Hirebrid inshaAllah.
