when i went there i was going to get a car to rent , but i saw they have new Prius + model .
i took this one and i dont have any worries or issues as this car will belong to me when i finish paying my rent. thank you for the help and i would recommend speaking to Mo - he is very good guy . i am very happy with them and they help me with Uber papers

i was saw them on the bus and called to ask about pruis model.
They told me come to office and they will help me to choose right car for what i wanted.
Left with brand new 18 Prius same day and helped me with Uber papers

KEEP FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
Everything looks okay at first place but then.... staff is ignoring your emails, phonecalls and dont really care about customers!! I've been promised to receibe call from them but I always have to chase them as the never called back! After car was returned they've charged me for fuel cost when I gave them more than I had when picked up vehicle! This is joke! Also charged me for 3 tickets wich never come to my house!!! Obviously I will report it to police and solicitor! Dont make mistake!! Hire ANYWHERE else but not here. Disgusting company!

As you know we provide all customers with a check sheet once they take a car from us. When the car was returned it was mentioned to you about the tank and you have signed a check sheet agreeing to the same.
As per company policy any tickets which are received to our offices while you are driving the car is the responsibility of the driver. I am sure you can understand that.

Excellent service. I’ve had my car from hirebrid for a while now. Staff were very friendly and sorted out all the paperwork prior to my arrival. What ever the issue there is always someone ready to help just one phone call away. Good price with insurance included. Would definitely recommend to anyone I know who needs a PHV!!

Unfortunately this isn't something which is covered by our Driver Holiday Policy - which we give 12 weeks to our drivers on Rent-2-Buy.

Excellent services, very good deal , very professional people . After 1 min talking on the phone , made an appointment, once I’ve arrived there ve got the car in 5 min , all the paperwork been sorted already . Best deal in London for a new pco car with insurance included .

You need to have a phone number and some times your staff do not respond on the whats app (understanding might be busy) .

Really good company
Have had a positive experience renting my PCO car from them for the last year or so. Really friendly staff and always here to help if needed. The car was a new Prius. Highly recommended and especially MJ. Thanks for the good service Q.V.
