The chat doesn't continue they ask for your details then it stops working only agents with foreign names are loyal and help you to the end

I first contacted this laughable company 12 years ago. My garden ( private) borders on two aspects of their properties. They own and are responsible for the repair/replacement of the property borders. They promised to repair rotten posts.The fence was/is held in position by some old hawthorn stumps in my garden. They did not do the work and i gave up contacting or trying to. After retiring i decided to dig these stumps out so in January this year i contacted them via email but was ignored. Then i phoned only to be told to resend emails and i quote ' why wasn't it repaired 12 years ago ' wish i knew i said, as if i would ! Well a couple of months ago after the fence was reported by a one of their residents they sent out two young ladies, by chance that same day i rang them yet again about yet another failed promise, the lady told me about the planned visit and i asked if they could call at my property so they could actually see the posts which are on my side of the fence. The visit took place, one lady took a couple of photo's and told me she would include me in all the emails that would be generated planning the repair. Yes you guessed it, nothing. When i rang yet again i was told this case was closed ? So it's likely going to be another 12 years.....the fence in parts leans into my garden by a metre.Most of the many posts are now rotted off at ground level, far more than 12 years ago. My holly tree holds one aspect up now. God knows who runs this terrible company, oh yes a man who boasts of multi million pound turnovers from Tyneside. Pity he seems not to prioritise keeping his property borders maintained.

Very prompt reply Homegroup however you ask questions that are repeating what i have told yourselves many times, then you just ignore me. The last person in your team who seemed sincere was Pavel whom went on to ignore my emails and calls earlier this year. If you re-read this post you should see this ( supply details ) has been done many times already. What sort of system you have has to be ridiculous where you promise resolution then blatantly ignore. Your staff read an email but have gleaned nothing from it, then ask questions where the answers were in the email if it were read ? then ignore the pointless reply. Myself being sceptical, this is done to pass on a less than straightforward enquiry, the further reply lands with another customer service person and they have to deal with it, not in my case it seems given the timeframe. Look into this case your end, it should not be difficult surely,then let me see some action on your company's part.

So a prompt reply to say to readers of my post ' We are dealing with this ' eleven days on from that reply from Reece with all the information requested supplied by me within an hour or so, you may have already guessed......no contact from them whatsoever !! So it's the same as it's always been. If you need to rent a property from this company i hope you have better luck than i have.

Not going to waste my time writing a long review. A service charge is being paid monthly, yet no service is actually being provided.

The parking lot gate has been broken for over a month with no update or communication. There is also a foul smell coming from the entrance corridor, which has been raised multiple times, again with absolutely no update or action.

Very disappointing lack of basic maintenance and customer service.

There is a serious issue going on in my building, and multiple residents in my building raised the same issue about 100 times using different mediums: website, email, phone. We tried everything, and forget about resolution no one has even received any reply.

Unfortunately, I could not add details to my review as requested because the time has already expired, but check your complaint box or email. You will find numerous complaints regarding the car park gate. Hope you got all the information required.

Got a message that a surveyor was coming round but no explanation why it’s quite irritating when you just say someone is coming round but no reason behind it

I’ve seen your reply that’s fine but say so in the message sent to me not just a surveyor is coming round so I at least know what’s happening
