Got in touch with Home Group chat regarding a leak in my living room. Spoke to Clyde who dealt with the issue promptly and made me aware of what will happen next. Clyde was very friendly and reassured me that the issue will hopefully be taken care of.

I've been a customer of homegroup since 2020. Issues go unresolved for weeks/months. One of the main issues we've had ongoing for weeks is that the main intercom which grants access to 73 flats has not been working at all as someone has stripped off the keypad. You'd think it would be a simple case of replacing the keypad but nope still not resolved yet. Residents are unable to get crucial deliveries such as medication and groceries. I would not recommend a homegroup managed property to anyone.

Homegroup do they care about their tenants? No they don't. Going back and forth between Homegroup and Novus ceiling still needs attention. Did report about bathroom floor damp. On top of that bath panel is broken thanks to young man from Novus. Bath panel still not order another young man came to the house just to tell us we need order bath panel. Previous young man has ruined our vinyl by ripping out bath panel. Homegroup I have called and reported online. Ofcourse we do pay our highly expensive rent. Homegroup and Novus you owe us a new floor vinyl.
