We’re regular customers of Homeheat. From maintenance to radiator and boiler installations we’re confident that we’ll get the best service. Paul has installed two boilers for us. Great worker. Considerate and skilled engineer and a good laugh! Just what’s needed. The full team including Tamara, Lynne and Kevin respond quickly and professionally to any questions we’ve had and we always get good advice.

We called for a new boiler quote, engineer was out to survey what was required within a couple of days. Quotes very competitive and everyone friendly and easy to deal with. New boiler installed the following week. Engineers were professional clean and tidy and very thorough. Very impressed with over all service.

Arrived on time, fitted new boiler within hours, tided up after them. Would recommend to others.

Excellent service from start to finish from all the Homeheat staff. Initially Kevin came out and assessed the job required and took his time to talk through available options for the modernisation of the heating system. The engineers installed the new system that we agreed on and tested its performance in a single day. The office staff followed up with a customer service call and let me know all I needed to know for aftercare.

Gas boiler replaced with a 7yr warranty. Job was completed at date which suited me and installed very quickly at a very competitive price. The person I spoke to at the office was very understanding on what I required. Very pleased with the result

Turned up prompt. No fuss. Job completed well on time and coordination with the electrician made everything go well.

Homeheat plumbers were first class with all this instillation they were on site before 8 in the morning and never left until each task was done they fitted all copper pipework for our heat pump and also radiators bathroom and en-suite highly recommend for all plumbing and heating .

Homeheat were fantastic from start to finish.
After some online research, we decided to go for Viessmann Vitodens 050, but as it happens with online quotes, most companies wanted to push on us a different boiler, obviously, one where they get a better price, so we were innundated with calls from companies pushing a Gloworm or Worcester Bosch 1000, but not Homeheat. Kevin came out to quote and quoted on Viessmann as we wanted. He didn't try to convince us otherwise, which we really liked. He even matched the price we got from a much bigger national company, which we appreciated.
The installation went smoothly. Paul was amazing, very courteous and super tidy. He made sure the system was flushed, he bled all radiators, put the inhibitor in the system, he even patched up the hole left after fitting the flu.
We also got a courtesy call after the install, to make sure we were 100% happy.
Would thoroughly recommend Homeheat and will definitely use them for the annual service and CP12 as both their pricing and workmanship is brilliant.

The team were great from start to finish. Thorough inspection and quotation, easy to arrange install. They turned up on time, were lovely guys and tidied everything up. Our new boiler is working perfectly and we've now got much more space having been able to get rid of old hot water tank. Would highly recommend.

Kevin gave us a fair estimate, not the cheapest and not the dearest but there was no hard sell unlike another company. Paul arrived on time on the agreed date and dismantled our old boiler. Bang on cue our new boiler was delivered. Then a roofer arrived to fit the flu and finally a waste disposal van arrived. Everything was brilliantly organised and went like clockwork. Very happy with their service.

Homeheat Ltd installed a new boiler in our home in March. They did an excellent job both with surveying, communication and the installation itself. Now two months later I asked them for advice about a stupid issue I caused myself, wrote them an email at 8 AM, by 9 AM I was already reassured by their engineer about what I need to do. This company DOES care about their customers. Absolutely recommended!

Great experience. Used home heat to supply and fit a new boiler. The boiler was fitted a week after my first call to set up an appointment. Would recommend.

We needed a new boiler and asked for quotes. These were given by an engineer, not a salesman, after discussing our requirements. Good prices and advice, and we were given quotes for three which suited us. We selected one, arranged a date, and installation went very smoothly. Recommended.

Met with Kevin first of all for quote. Arrived on time. Knowledgeable and not pushy. Decided to go ahead with Homeheat Scotland. Paul and Billy came to install boiler. Arrived on time. Worked extremely hard, tidied up afterwards. Extremely happy with the work. From Kevin, Billy, Paul to the ladies in the office. Friendly and helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

First class all the way. Arranged home visit Kevin was prompt. Discussed the boiler systems available. Inspected boiler measured making sure whatever I chose would be an ideal fit, checked meter and pipe diameter.
Arranged an installation date Paul arrived early, worked through the whole day, no lunch break. On completion he explained the system asked if I understood. Not a single bit of mess, you would never have known a boiler had been installed.
First class from start to finish. I would definitely recommend.
